Nedco counter is helpful. The people in the back warehouse however, are rude,oblivious and not helpful at all. If this was the first time they'd erred on orders,I could forgive them. This has been a constant starting in April of last year. Today,I went to retrieve an order clearly designated for pick up(with a PU# designated for customer pickup) only to discover they had shipped my parts to my home office in Windsor. Very disappointed

Budget an hour out of your job to get any material. Unbelievably slow to serve customers. They do not seem understaffed, however, they need a team of three counter personnel to serve each customer. Try any of the satellite branches before coming to this one if possible.

I literly avoid this place like the plague , however they do seam to have alot more stock than elsewhere currently . But thieir whole system is the worst ive ever seen and i cant stand any of the people behind the counter slow useless and arrogant

I had an issue with a faulty combination arc fault breaker. Schneider electric would not warranty it directly for me and suggested I reach out to a distributor. Spoke to Rodney (branch manager) and he took care of my problem by replacing it under warranty. The branch wasn't obligated to replace it for me to begin with, however going out of their way to take care of my situation deserves praise. I'd highly recommend anyone that needs electrical supplies to get it here over a big box store. Customer service is top notch.

Worst customer service out of every gta supplier. Takes about 30min to grab something from the back if it isn’t on the shelf. Would recommend going anywhere but here sesco, grey bar, robertsons… anything but
