The first and last bike shop you need to visit if you're looking for an e-assist bike for hauling all the groceries, work gear, and the kiddos around! Juerg was so helpful with selecting the best bike and setup for what we needed and even making a few adjustments for us after the first few weeks of riding. Purchasing our TernGSD S10 instead of a second vehicle has been a life-changing (for the better++) decision. Thank you Cit-E Cycles for making it such an easy transition!

Purchased my Tern Vektron S10 e-bike from this store. Recently had a rear flat tire and the store operator JUERG, was happy to take the time to fixed the flat right away while I was there. Excellent work and he took the time to do some additional adjustments to make sure everything was perfect with the bike. A big thanks!!

Last weekend I bought a Milano+ E-bike from Juerg and he made the whole purchasing experience very comfortable and was quite informative, so I felt confident with my choice.We had a small issue with the charger a few days later, which he took care of for us under warranty.It is situations like this, that makes me so glad that I purchased my bike from a store instead of just getting it online.

Juerg at Cit-E-Cycles in North Vancouver went far above and beyond after someone vandalized our bike. He had the part on hand, got us rolling again very quickly, and tuned up the kickstand while he was at it.It's great to have this new location of Cit-E, because e-bikes are such a great fit for the North Shore.We bought our Tern GSD from Doug at Cit-E on Broadway (also great!) and LOVE the bike :)

Today marked the day I purchased my very first beautiful bike of a beast Stromer ST1 LM.With help of Juerg Moser from NV City Cycle I was able to make my own decision based on what was the best fit for me. There are a lot of e-bikes on the market and it can be very confusing. Luckily for me Juerg knows his stuff, he explain it to me in a way that I could relate to and understand. Needless to say after test riding and visiting his store couple of times I got my yellow Stromer and rode proudly having great time. Thank you kindly.Margo.

Needed a quick tire repair on a vandalized Haibike. Not only did Yuerg at Cit-ECycles fix us up with some new knobbies that same day, but he inspected and replaced brake pads too. What started out as a bad day, ended with a great ride back home. Thanks so much for all your help. See you soon.

I meant to post this here but somehow ended posting it on the Surrey location. This happened in Q1 2021Terrible. Just tried to go to the store in North Van. Opened the door and was met with a very discourteous « can you wait outside ».... 2 mins later someone else walks in and isn’t asked to leave..... I understand Max occupancy, but when you are selling a $3000 bicycle you could have better manners. A simple coming outside to say « hey sorry we are at our max... or, thank you for your patience, or sorry but I’ll be able to get you in in a minute. Nothing of the sort. Bad manners. Lost business.

Unbelievable service and professionalism from Cit-E Cycles. I purchased my bike through a fundraiser and was very happy with everything including the warranty and Cit-E Cycles' commitment to free bike service for the year. I ran into an issue with my chain ring and Juerg ordered in my part and had it fixed up right away. I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else for my e bike.
