It has a fantastic atmosphere and a great layout that is quite lit and all about appearances.But it fails to provide the purpose of a cafe. I tried hot chocolate yesterday in the evening; it was awful. It had the same taste as that of Tim Hortons. Took one sip, complained about it and was told, hot chocolate is all about milk"

Ordered two cappuccino’s today (one for myself + one for a friend), both were so milky that we couldn’t even taste the coffee in it. Honestly, with their sizing you should offer two shots of espresso in the medium cups or change your cup sizing.Otherwise, I do like Balzac’s espresso beans that I grind and make at home.

Very vibey place for a coffee with lots of seating. Cool atmosphere. Delicious matcha latte (which they ask if you sweet which I appreciated).

Went on a St Lawrence your that took us to Balzac’s. I enjoyed the maple syrup French latte which is a must try!
