These folks are great! They provide high quality, delicious products made with great care and attention to detail. Shane & Kyle, the owners, are always very friendly, knowledgeable, personable and professional. They're happy to give details and background info on their products as well as helpful cooking tips. I've always been fully satisfied by their offerings, most recently their thanksgiving takeaway dinner for 2-- it was absolutely phenomenal! They went the extra mile to include a breakdown of the meal which listed common allergens so that customers could choose what items to eat with peace of mind-- I really appreciated this! Recommended-- go give 'em a visit!

The most amazing selection of gourmet sausages with really unusual flavours. Their porchetta is to die for, especially when cooked on a rotisserie. Other delicacies include their black pudding, smoked pork chops, and cured meats that melt in your mouth like butter. I also love the selection of Quebec cheese from their partner, L'Apero Cheese Experience.

I ordered a charcuterie board from Haus for a small family gathering. Shane responded quickly to my emails, and worked with me to customize the board. When I picked up the board, everything was carefully packed up and ready to go. The store was bright and open. Everyone practiced social distancing, and was very friendly and helpful.The board was super reasonably priced given the amount of meat, cheese, and other goodies we received. Needless to say it was a huge hit with everyone. I will definitely be a frequent Haus customer from now on.

I got the “all in” Christmas dinner from Haus. Perfectly packed up and very easy to cook. Weather increased my guest list fro four to six- still plenty of food +leftovers. For a person without a dishwasher the 98% less mess was great and as a host the 98% less stress…lovely. I don’t know how the roast vegetables were the best part of a dinner from a butcher shop but they were amazing. Let’s be honest, everything was great, including the cream puffs!

We love Haus Sausage! Amazing staff and the most delectable sausages of all time. The chorizo verde, lemon herb, and sriracha blue are on regular rotation in our house. Love the seasonal varieties that come through as well (the beet sausages are out of this world!). Tried the charcuterie board for the first time and was blown away with the selection. The staff's love for their work comes through in all their products and customer service interactions, and we just love supporting them!

Just another 5 star review for Haus Sausage Co! Every single thing I bought there was outstanding. Also, the service, fantastic. What a gem. Definitely worth finding this small shop, I’m only sorry it took me so long to finally check them out. I tried the lemon chicken, sausage, the green chorizo, the wine salami, and the goat cheddar - all of them are delicious.

Everything I've had from Haus is delicious, and I'm here to say that their charcuterie box is one of the best in town. Ours contained a perfect variety of their meat offerings and well chosen cheeses, with great accompaniments (l will be raving about their pickled carrots for ages) for a great price. You know they care because they put the crackers in their own container - chef's kiss. Highly recommended, can't wait to try one of the Sunday dinners.

We purchased their turkey dinner for Christmas and WOW! Incredible. Best turkey dinner I've ever had. So much flavour. It was so easy, no need to spend all day cooking and cleaning. Also well worth the price for the amount of food you get. We will be eating this for days. Thanks again!
