Peaceful ambience, liked that I didn't have to worry about having a conversation.Classical music in the background was relaxing.Really appreciated their professionalism.Highly recommend. :)Hoping to use the head spa service in the near future.

Going to Hanna for 6 months +. She is patient, detailed and gives an amazing haircut. The cut comes around $42 pre the ++s and includes shampoo and a nice 2 min head massage

Very friendly staff (receptionist and hairstyler). Yukari cut my hair so efficiently. I got the exact style I want. I was tardy (yes I wasn’t proud of that), but Yukari still took me in and gave me the best service. This salon deserves every penny I paid. Thank you!

Had an amazing experience with Emma. She is nice, gentle, professional and experienced. She would tell you in advance what the next step in the process is so that you know what to expect. My haircut came out stylish and perfectly and I would love to come back everytime I need a haircut. Highly recommend Emma!

I had my first haircut with Nico. She was very warm and kind. I have short hair and she really took time to cut my hair and made sure it was perfect! Everyone in the salon was nice and friendly. I highly recommend Mauve Hair Richmond and Nico!

Mauve in Richmond gave me a very welcoming feeling from the moment I walked in. It was my first time visiting Mauve Richmond and my stylist Nico was extremely patient and detailed in her work. The only thing I wish I could change was that I had more hair for her to cut! Jokes aside the entire process and experience was a 10/10. Thank you Nico!
