Awesome experience ! Stop by for the great kitchen items you know you need, and also items you just have to have ! Great selection and service. Salt and Pepper grinders, linens, pots and pans, knives... all of it. Just bought a salt grinder and on another visit two gifts that were both wrapped to perfection. Come from Nanaimo, Parksville, Victoria (day trip) and enjoy the Qualicum village experience. Bath shop right next door also.

So disappointed with their customer service! Don’t buy a gift certificate from them! While they keep record of it and I had the original receipt, they won’t help you if anything happens to it! I don’t understand why they track it if they’re not willing to fully back it!

Quality products, worth the cost in general. I love things made to last. I always receive good service from Patrick and Connie and the other staff. They've even gift wrapped for me. Yes, I need to go in soon!

They have almost everything your little culinary brain can think of. A little pricey, but the staff and owners are lovely! I love the experience of shopping here. Prepare to spend some time here. They have so many wonderful things to see!

Nice store with great selection of handy and higher end kitchenware. They carry a remarkably large and varied inventory give their relatively small size. Nice owners as well, who are happy to show you/find you what you are looking for.

Without a doubt, one of my most favorite places. The store is loaded with quality products. Staff are exceptional and literally bend over backwards to help you get what you want. They also educate you on other options, better choices or just a plain good conversation on anything cooking, entertaining or food related. Best kitchen shop ever!
