Not impressed with their lack of respect of other people's time. They get people waiting like cattle to feed their process and never respect the actual appointment time they give you. They should learn to manage their process so that they actually start the intake process at your scheduled appointment time, versus having you sit around for 30 min to an hr before they even start to do anything with you. Do better please!

Dr. Noordeh is a wonderful, caring, and professional ophthalmologist. Highly recommended.

My elderly Mom was referred here for her eyes. She had cataracts. They were able to get her into surgery within 4 months. Incredibly fast. Very professional.Pleasant staff.

First appointment the clinic did thorough testing lasting 3 hours. Went back two weeks later to meet with Dr Butty to discuss findings. Advised to take fish oil tablets and drops as eyes are very dry hence my blurred vision. Total time of consultation was 10 mins after waiting 1 1/2 hrs . Advised to Comeback 3 months for follow up. I was not happy with the time spent and did not advise of findings. I went back to my optometrist a month later as vision getting worse. She retested and said she found something on my corneas. Sent me to cornea specialist who was through and scheduled me for procedure at st Mike’s hospital next month. Showed me her findings. Explained in detail. Dr Butty needs to spend more time with his patients and review thoroughly results found. Would not recommend

No high blood pressure. No diabetes. Born with narrow angles in the eyes...surgery called iridotomy? Really? My mother had small eyes too. Get second opinions people. I did. Narrow angles in healthy people are not indications for surgery unless you have symptoms. From my view It's like taking out your tonsils or appendix before they get any infection. It felt like a cookie cutter solution ...iridotomy sounded unnecessary to me. All opthomogists need to focus on their patients who need help not on bringing in more people into a dirty office.

He is very caring doctor bedside mannered excellent his going to be upset if you don't follow his instructions regarding your medications he is very concerned, he takes time to answer your questions, some patients are upset if he takes time to other patients they don't understand that doctors need time to examine their patient depends on his prognosis some patients takes 15 minutes some 30 minutes. And this is very important if he is late that's means he's performing surgeries in the hospital. Remember he is specialist he need to check all his patient thoroughly. His not an ordinary doctor that you walk into his examination room and in 5 minutes his done. His eyes doctor. Please be patience to all eye specialist be prepared if you see an eye specialist they need time to check your vision. And remember the length of time he spend to each patient are all different to each patient situation. He's been my eye doctor since he was in practice. His not rude he will scold you if you don't applied your eye drops properly. Don't be afraid to ask questions he response with any questions don't be intimated his a very good doctor. And if you go to all doctors be prepared to wait. Don't be upset while waiting bring your own reading materials .

Terrible service, I truly regret dealing with them. I like dr. Kwan, who seem to be a good dr., however I raised my concerns with her, that a year ago (2021), l tried to contact the clinic regarding eye lenses for my son, as per her suggestion. Nobody ever returned my phone call, nor email. This past March (2022), my son got prescribed a trial eye lenses and a promised we will get them. Here we are end of September, no lenses. I send several emails, no response, I called a few times, left a messages, someone returned by call telling me the supervisor will call. No follow up. I have no idea what I need to do to receive them. They just don't care, so save yourself the time and find someone who cares.

Dr Hadavi takes eye care very seriously. All the other team I've interacted with have been professional and informative.The office is dedicated to eye care - not selling you glasses.Booking an appointment is a bit annoying - you call, leave a message, they call back with a date. But the system works.
