Together In Light

My experience at Together in Light has been life changing. During difficult times both personally and professionally, Kerensa was able to bring the light and purpose back into my soul. Through meaningful, supportive guided sessions, I was able to access support that was holistic, healing, and energizing. As a healthcare professional, who is at risk of energy depletion, vicarious trauma and burn out, I highly recommend the support of a holistic nurse coach. I enjoyed the experience. I learned how to relax and be calmer that does not include medication. I found the course it self was well thought out to be informative and fun.I would recommend the program if anyone has a chance.
