NHL have been wonderful every time. Their website has been very easy to manage and I have found the customer service to always be polite and very understanding and flexible. Their packages come right on time and nicely packaged. My dog loves, loves their supplements! I recommend them to everyone I know!

Absolutely high quality customer service and products. Northhound Life suggested particular products for my Weimaraner. His overall health and behaviour has improved drastically since he's been on Northhound Life superfood products. And, he eats it so fast it's obvious he loves them!

I would highly recommend avoiding this company. Communication between whoever is in charge of emails and customers is very poor. A very sarcastic attitude and refusal to even acknowledge their mistakes. I have bought from very many lovely dog companies at this point and this awful attitude both amused me and surprised me. I shared that their website had errors and they fixed it (I can literally see where they fixed it) then told me it was fine on their end" and refused to honour a very small discount. Very funny because I am happy to spend hundreds on my dog on a weekly basis and would have continued to buy from them. I would recommend Thrive or kin+kind supplements over them."
