In house roasted coffee beans with a date so you know how fresh they are. They make their own blends and sell bags by region so if you can tour the world of coffee and find the bean you love. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and theres a small but excellent variety of pastries and sandwich options. So far the best beans I've found in Victoria.

Beans smelled great, barista recommended some of their selection. Extremely disappointed in the latte quality though. The worst steamed milk I have ever experienced, on par with what I imagine to be a Tim Horton’s automatic coffee machine. Overall lackluster. Hopefully they start training their staff on how to steam milk properly. Otherwise the roast quality seems high, covered by the mouthfeel of sad, burnt milk.

The beans are roasted in-house, including barrel-aged options. Different from many Victoria roasters, with the best options around.Staff is very knowledgeable and will help you find the perfect roasted beans to your taste, and will help you to expand your coffee experience.

I feel compelled to write this review, because sorry but this is getting ridiculous.Tipping options of $1, $2, $3 offered by your machine on a $3 coffee is insane. 100% tip? Are you serious?Pay your staff enough so that they don't have to suggest that i leave a 100% tip.PS: latte quality was okay at best, not amazing.

The owner is extremely knowledgeable, and not pretentious in the slightest. He was happy to answer all of my questions and provide recommendations. The beans are extremely fresh and flavourful. Gotta be the best roastery in town, by far. Can't wait to try every roast!

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. We came in to buy beans for at home and they are the best we have ever tried. I've found it's especially difficult to find really good dark roast in Victoria - this is the place to go! I only ever want to buy my coffee from here now.
