I don’t normally write reviews but I went in there this afternoon (September 4) to pick up a cat tree and the 2 ladies working were SO helpful and nice ! They offered to load it into my car without me even asking and were super courteous and friendly. Thank you for the great service you two !

I was looking for fresh food for dogs. Apparently they didn't have refrigeration for that but were hoping to soon. I visited again a few months later and they still weren't carrying it. They took my name and number and told me they'd let me know when it became available. I'm still awaiting.

I have not personally shopped at this location. I was directed here by Paulmac's in Oakville because I wanted to exchange a pet crate for a larger size. I was told by Paulmac's that I could return within 30 days, they did not have the size I was looking for and called this location for me.I called in to have another size set aside for comparison and also to ask if they would accept my exchange (Paulmac's did not tell them I was exchanging) when I was passed off to who I am assuming was the manager. She asked how she could help me in a not so nice tone, so I continued to explain my situation again when she rudely interrupted me (something I try to teach my children not to do) and told me that they don't do exchanges. She asked if I had used it, I said yes, and she continued to explain why they wont accept it back. This was my first time purchasing a crate and I did not know all these details, I was never told prior that I could not exchange if it had been used. She finished by asking if it was the Dorval location, I said yes, where she replied ok I call Jenn" implying to me that she will be telling them not to accept it if I return. My review is for poor communication on both ends and customer service. I'll be shopping at Ren's for the life of my dog."

I wandered into this Pet Valu on a Monday night because I recently adopted a senior cat and needed a complete set of supplies. I was absolutely blown away at the customer service, I didn't catch the name of the woman helping me but she was able to make appropriate recommendations and did not once try to upsell me and even helped me get the best deals at check out.

Always great service, smiles and fun chatting! Also, they know their stuff and will recommend great products for your animals!

Having 2 people stand at the counter chatting and neither ask a senior if they want help out with heavy litter or food is mind boggling. I will go to another one from now on, maybe the Ancaster one or Meadowlands PetSmart.

This branch of Pet Value is staffed with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people whose genuine concern and affection for animals shows in how compassionately they treat their fosters from Pantry Four Paws. This is my first choice destination for pet supplies.

I love this store. The point system is awesome. It's great when you get enough points for a free bag of food. It's a great insensitive to keep going back and the staff are so friendly!!!!

I always go in with my dog to pick out treats every two weeks and I also was in need of a bath for my dog. I showed up a little bit late not realizing the bath closes by eight. The lady was super helpful I was quick and she still let me get my dog done. It’s much appreciated it was the only time in the day I had available so thank you for being kind
