Rude bus driver was racist and upon calling the complaint number she said I was mistaken and tried to put the blame on me without even understanding the situation! She said I'll be contacted within 2 days by her supervisor but nobody followed up.Bus #16 which comes only once an hour either runs earlier or behind schedule! If it's early it doesn't wait

“Follow the busses with the GO app!” Biggest waste of time and they rely on other riders to “give an accurate description of where the bus currently is” give me a break you cheap garbage company. Baffles me how they won’t throw on some trackers to ya know maybe the actual bus itself. How can you expect to charge people $65 a month for a pass yet can’t show up on time %90 of the time and let literally any drugged out homeless person on the bus without hesitation. I’m at the point where I’m going to start a petition to file a law suit against this absolute joke of a service.

Bad bad bad the bus drivers need to have better Attitude with passengers! It’s down right comical Unprofessional to have bad attitude as an employee to a Customer yea you’re a bus driver but you’re at a job still need to have good attitude and be professional just like you work as a cashier in restaurants and stores respect and calmly.

Everyone pay attention and start noticing how some of these bus drivers should not be driving passengers. Let's wake up and change the system for the better! So hear me out with my experience and let's discuss publicly how we can change a horrible bus system into a better one! As a society, we require a safe, respectful and reliable public transportation to get us to our destinations!!! If bus drivers expect passengers to be respectful at all times for safe transportation, in return, bus drivers should also be expected to be respectful for safe transportation. Don't we all agree? Yes!!! We all require that!Note, it is also the bus driver's responsibility to ensure the safety and well being of their passengers. Why was this bus driver verbally abusive to me? Why? I didn't do anything wrong! I was calm and respectful. I was just trying to make it to my bus to get to work on time. It's my usual bus I take too.This incident happened on September 9, 2022, at approximately 7:50am at Landsdown Exchange. I reported that particular bus driver and reported the 4 digit number on the bus that abusive bus driver was driving. So they are aware of it but I should also let the public be aware of it too because I may not be the only one experiencing inappropriate/abusive bus drivers and I believe as a society we all have the power to come together to improve this bus system we rely on in our everyday lives!I am new to Kamloops and still getting to know this bus system here. I noticed some problems but this problem must be addressed in public because this bus driver was verbally abusive, it was uncalled for and I don't think I am the only passenger experiencing abusive behavior from bus drivers. I was calm and respectful the whole time.September 9, 2022, around 7;50am, I arrived to Landsdown Exchange and I saw the bus that I required to go to work on time which stated 7 Aberdeen" on the bus. This morning I was told there was a package limit on the bus after waiting 3 bus times that werent even on the alerts as canceled and the entire bus ride was asked at every single stop if I was getting off yet from north shore Wendy's to the stop before the landsdowne exchange. This man is so rude and he said he was sick of the unhoused getting free rides.. I showed him my bus pass he also didn't say anything about a package limit to ppl who got on the bus by the food bank and he said nothing to them even tho they had way more packages then me but ok thats ok i guess I don't know who passes off these drivers and honestly I don't care unless I am that person and I am not being rude to you don't be rude to me. And when I lodged the complaint I was talked over and more wasn't able to speak and more like TF DO BETTER KAMLOOPS TRANSIT JUST DO BETTER

I've had to take the bus for multiple years now for school, and now for work. I will give them some credit because they've acquired friendlier staff over the years but that doesn't help when the buses are inconsistent or non-existent. One many occasions I've been forced to run for a bus that is speeding through the residential street in Westsyde because they didn't see me." I've waited for buses for 30min to an hour because the bus is either behind schedule or has magically disappeared along its route

Worst transit system I have ever had to use, and I've lived in cities all across the Lower Mainland. Buses rarely follow their schedule; four times now I've had a bus come way too early (at least 6-7 minutes) and leaving me to see it fly past the stop I'm still walking to. On the other hand, I once waited 20 minutes for a bus before it actually arrived!! The schedules themselves make little to no sense at all, even if they were followed- say you want to arrive at Lansdowne and transfer to one leaving Lansdowne? Too bad! They actually design the schedules so one leaves at the same time one arrives, so you better hope their loose timing is in your favour or you'll enjoy seeing your transfer leave the second your bus arrives. And the cherry on the cake of all this? I just called their head office to complain that this was the fourth time a bus went flying by 6+ minutes early, they let me sit on hold for 8 minutes, and then hung up on me.Oct12: Bus drove right past the stop I was waiting at. Didn't stop, didn't even slow down.Nov3: Yet again the bus drove straight past my stop I was waiting at.

It's becoming a transit system for the homeless and addicted. No buss passes they just walk on for the ride passed out drunk or high passengers. Will I understand there is a problem in this city for homeless this is not the answer. There are children and elderly who rely on a safe ride .
