Very Helpful and a must for first time car renters.I rented a car from 8th to 12th November to go for a trip to Vancouver and back. I booked it online and the rental process went out very smoothly when I arrived to pick up the car. The attendant namely Sarthak Taneja was extremely helpful and professional in helping me locating the car and also he located the car for me he very courteously explained the features of the car I had rented. He also help me setting up an account with Enterprise Plus which sped up my rental process. I definitely recommend renting Enterprise Kelowna Airport just because all the staff is so helpful and understanding to my needs.Also I had to extend my car over the phone and they were so easy and understanding during that time as well.

I just wanted to thank the team at Enterprise Kelowna airport for outstanding customer service. I arrived late in the evening after a delayed fight without calling ahead. That was my mistake, but regardless they went out of their way to get a vehicle ready for me late at night with such a great attitude about the situation. You can tell they really care about their customers. Thank you very much :)

UPDATE: Enterprise got back to me and said that this car was equipped with the newest technology" which showed that the tank was 7/8 full when we returned the vehicle

We rented a Jeep Wrangler 2023 from July 1- 3. The vehicle is clean and has no major damages upon renting. I appreciate the employee (Sarthak) doing the walk around when I return the vehicle; he answered all my questions and has no hidden charges unless you return the vehicle with damages.Overall, the customer service at this company is impeccable. Sarthak was accommodating and responsive to my questions.I would highly recommend this specific location to rent a car and ask for Sarthak to help you.

I rented a Ford Escape for 1 week in Dec. 2022 at this Enterprise location for a ski trip that was a 4+ hr. drive away from Kelowna. Knowing it to be winter (-10 to -30c), and having to drive thru the mountains in v. cold snowy weather, i paid an extra per diem fee for the vehicle to have winter times. On one of my stops during my trip, I noticed that the front tires were installed incorrectly on the wrong sides of the car! (the direction arrow of the tire rotation was backward). This caused the car to experience less grip on snow and ice and resulted in a slight shimmy at h/way speeds. - as the tread pattern was running backward.On returning the car, i asked the Branch Manager, Mohit Khurana for a refund on the extra fee I had paid for winter tires due to the car being unsafe. However, Mohit was only willing to offer 2 days of the fee to be refunded. I explained on two sperate occasions by email that this was unacceptable to myself based on my time in the car and that I was ONLY asking for the extra fee paid to be credited for my week w/the car.I then contacted the Enterprise Regional manager, Anthony Sawatzky twice by email with NO reply from him. Finally, I contacted the Enterprise Care dept., with no call or resolution at this time. (Reference #: 41134715).Frankly, with so many car rental choices at the Kelowna AP and elsewhere, I personally, will not ever rent again from Enterprise if the Co. is not willing to refund a customer for a fee one has paid (winter tires on a car), that are not even installed correctly.Enterprise states that safety is the # 1 priority to their customers, but they have shown that in this case, this is untrue. Cheating customers out of their money is not a good long-term bus. strategy. John M.update on Feb. 1 2023. per above, i have already provided my contract info. and rental agreement when i contacted the Enterprise Care Dept. So i am not going to waste my time doing this again. It's evident that this Co. is unorganized.

Great service, clean, newer cars and a great experience overall. Dean Makambwa and his team are very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I had a wonderful experience and will return back to them in the future. Thanks guys

Used to be a good place, lately they try to charge you even if the winter tires are already installed on the car.Facility doesn’t recognize National membership level or offer you any upgrade,Been renting cars here from long time and see service going down.

Update to earlier review 2 weeks later:After a previous negative encounter things have improved.Originally I had a negative experience with some of the staff members at the desk in theKelowna Airport Enterprise Rent-a-car, terminal desk.After reaching out to both the management staff and enterprise corporate, they were able to assist me and things are improving.I hope thing continue to improve and look forward to renting from this location in the future.

Best rental car experience I’ve had. Quick and seamless. Friendly, helpful staff, a nice, new car and a very reasonable price.
