One of the worst pharmacy in Edmonton. It takes between 4-6 hrs to get your prescription filled. Everyone in the pharmacy is very rude and curt. Don't expect any civility.

Slow as all hell. I went at 9:30 am when it's not busy and it took a little over an hour for birth control (which is pre packaged and dosed).the lady treated me like I was poor because my status benefit card didn't work, which it doesn't at all locations.. WHICH is fine I can pay and submit for reimbursement, I told her that and she asked if I was able to pay twice and asked her manager if she should put it through.

This is the best pharmacy that I have ever been to hands down. The pharmacy team is professional, friendly and fast and the pharmacist takes their time to explain everything to you and answer any questions you may have. My doctor's instructions were a bit confusing and the team called him to review them which made taking my medication much easier. I feel like I am in very good hands!

Dont bring your prescriptions here!! They are truly the worst at this location. I called in to get my prescription ready for 1 month and she confirmed with me on the phone and when I went to pick it up she brought out 6 months worth. When I told her I asked for 1 months worth so told me it’ll be another 20 min wait. Never again will I bring my prescriptions here.

Min is not helpful or informed at all. Prescribing pharmacists are typically knowledgeable but unfortunately not in this case. Very disappointing.

When trying to fill a medicine on phone, Costcost pharmacy staff unnecessarily keep you on hold for very long time. Costcost management doesn't care its customers, so do its employees. Costcost as a whole is now becoming a dirty place, they do not care their customers. I have multiple bad experiences; for example today (May 01, 2023 @ 11:55 MST) I called. Leeba has cut the phone while talking. I had to call back.

The likelihood of getting your prescription without issues is about 20%. Prescriptions lost, prescriptions late, prescriptions inaccurate. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Front staff just doing their best, they recognize the gongshow in the back.

This place is very unprofessional. My doctor send prescription for my son twice he told me what he said both they didn’t have one medicine but when I went there for pick she gave me 4 medicine not 5 when I ask that lady said I don’t know about it you have to go to drop off window when I went there and asked about the 5th medicine she said oh we don’t have that medicine you have to go compounding pharmacy I said but at least to have to inform me when I was picking my medicine my son really needs it. She even didn’t apologize. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Left a prescription, was told 45mins. Did my shopping hung out waiting the 45 mins. Went back after an hour, couldn't find my prescription eventually was told that apparently they had canceled my order but if I wanted to wait another 20mins they could get. By then I had been there an hour and half, left without my prescription. Seemed very disorganized like no one knew what was going on.

Zero stars if I could. Don't come here unless you have the entire afternoon off to stand around while 5 pharmacists sort pills and 1 pharmacist takes 30 mins with each customer while avoiding eye contact with the miserable people in the excessively long line. Go anywhere but here. It may be cheaper here, but you'll need to heavily undervalue your time for it to make any sense.
