The manager traps cats in her 4 traps she was quite pleased to brag about. My cat has now been missing 2 weeks , he is an indoor cat but young and stubborn lol ..she caught him once in a trap and took him way out to a dirt road and dropped him off ... thankfully he is microchipped and was found and brought to vet...the manager flew off the handle when questioned about my Douglas said not to contact her anymore....now the more I talk to ppl here the more cats I discovered were missing ...she is evil ...the vet Spca and pound has been notified if her disgusting past time ...

This mobile home community has come a LONG way from its not so glorified past. The park is clean, quiet, and is an enjoyable and safe place to call home. Park Manager Amy is absolutely amazing! She has been with me every step of they way from purchasing my home in the park, to transitioning my property to a rental. She is always available, helpful, patient, and goes above and beyond for tenants of the park. It has been, and continues to be an absolute joy working with her.

This little community has really been made into a safe, and beautiful place to live. Amy Kerr and Capreit have been working hard to beautify Lynnwood and it shows! Our son also loves the community activities for kids like the coloring contests :)
