Treat my black fiancé different then they treat me plus all her black friends. They don’t say anything but how they go out of the way to drop money in there hands compared to me where they just hand it I would avoid there 2 other convince stores in the area never had that problem went back several times just to make sure I wasn’t going crazy but has happened every time

Refused to allow me pick up my Uhaul that I booked claiming I couldn't pay with visa debit. . Then didn't answer the phone when I called to discuss it. Extremely unhappy

i think i have spent at least 1000 dollars here great place The dude is super nice and friendly hes always welcoming. definitely would recommend.

pretty damn sure they’re racist lol they noticeably try extremely hard to not touch my hand when we’re exchanging money and at first i was like oh maybe they’re just worried about germs or something. then one time i went in there with my boyfriend who’s white and took notice of the fact that they had no problem touching his hand when they gave him change but again with me, they made sure the money was dropped in my hand without touching me. they also have poor customer service skills but they’re like that with everyone lol these people are horrible and their prices are ridiculous. i would rather walk a little further down the street to go the circle k or js mart to be honest. if i could give zero stars i would

I live near this store and I’ve gone there for simple products since I was little. However they are often rude, and will sometimes fail to give the right change back. I went there last week and I was polite, asked my cashier how they were etc, and I was completely ignored. My cashier spoke to his family in his own language (which I have nothing against) and didn’t reply to me. Try to be a little nicer to your customers, since I’m not going back. JS Mart down the street is cheaper and they’re much kinder, too.

The owner is extremely rude. No common decency and he doesn’t know how to speak like an adult. Worst Uhaul experience ever, Uhaul should take his license because he is definitely ruining their brand. The store itself is filthy as well and has a bad odour! Steer clear of this place !

Rented a uhaul for 11 and had to wait 30 min for anyone to even get to the store even though store was supposed to open at 11. Terrible customer service and store is filthy

Tried to steal HUNDREDS of dollars from me through debit transaction....you punched in the wrong number TWICE? Sure.Then refused to refund me properly, started yelling like a crazy man when he realized he had been caught.

My girlfriend and I (2 black women) went in the store last night and there was a man and a woman behind the counter. The man was picking his nose when we walked in. He had a big ball of tissue in his hand and rolled it up into a ball and kept wiping his nose and then folding it up some more and wiping his nose again and then folding it up some more. I asked the lady if they had any hand sanitizer or rubbing alcohol she said no. I said it's not for me, it's for you guys so he can sanitize his hands and they both looked at me quizzically. I said I think he should sanitize his hands when he's finished doing all of that so that when we exchange money and product I'm not taking all those germs with me. they still looked confused so I said I just don't want to swap those kind of germs, what he's standing there doing is really gross. The lady looked at me and said WE DON'T CARE ENOUGH! That's when I was going to turn and walk out but my friend wanted to buy some candy so she put about 10 packs of candy down on the counter and he counted them and touched every single one of the candies with his Germ infested hands (with tissue still in hand) so both my friend and I turned around to walk out. And as we were leaving he was calling out to us asking if we were still going to buy the candy! I said not after all of that because now we've got to get through all of your germs to get to the candy, so thanks, but no thanks! Their attitude was HORRIBLE to say the least and everything looked old and dusty. If I could give a negative start rating I would!
