So far, One of the best restaurants in all New Brunswick, ambiance is good. Food is great, staff is always smiley and friendly. Location is nice, the place is super clean and modern (same the bathroom). Going back to the food, it is AMAZING. prices are affordable. If you visit you MUST try:Lobster Dip wtih cheese and fried Pita... that will blow your mouth.Chicken Club with Ciabetta Bread is DELICIOUS, well prepared and a good portion of fries and coleslaw.Portions are enough to share, if a couple you can order this 2 plates and nothing else is needed. If going with kids, Their chicken tenders are delicious and enough for 2 toddlers (I went with 4 a 2 y/o).If you go to Alma or Fundy or Hopewell Rock, this is a mandatory stop!!!

The place was nice and tidy and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food comes in decent portions; however, it lacks a bit of taste and seasoning, especially the steak which I ordered.

Muddy Rudder Bar & Grill
We ate here when staying at Fundy. All 4 of us enjoyed our meal. I personally got a chicken and mushroom pasta which was awesome. We will be back again! Service was great too.

Holy WOW!!! The food is FANTASTIC!!!! The portions were huge!!! This place is a definite stop in while in Fundy Bay Provincial Park. Mmmm yum. Had the Captain burger. So huge and so delicious. My husband had the special Cajun Chicken Pasta the flavours coming out of that pasta are magnificent!! You can tell that the cook/S take pleasure in what they do.

5 stars on completely everything! Atmosphere is very comforting and the food is just amazing! We had a friendly conversation with our waitress about our camping in Fundy National Park. There was little to no wait during the time that we were there. I got the 3 pancakes with syrup. Warning: Pancakes are great. Spent $10-$20 on each person. Great Place!

We visited on day one. They had just opened. The seating was not comfortable. We could choose and booth that looked home made(nothing wrong with that) but with no padding, and the backs looked like leaned back at an uncomfortable angle. I have back issues. We choose the steel chairs. The also have an outdoor deck with picnic tables. Very spacious. And lots of windows. The ceiling is high.(the huge light s were unexpected but interesting)Because of this it echoed. Noises seemed exaggerated... food menu was somewhat minimal. Being in a fishing community I expected to see more fish choices. Also not many lighter" choices. And the " homemade" menus that the previous restaurant served are gone. We are not big eaters so some smaller choices would have been nice. We choose to share the clams and fries. Portions were pretty big. Nothing impressive with the fries. Just typical frozen. Would have maybe have liked a choice of fresh cut. The clams were good. But nothing special. Staff seemed pleasant. But could have been a little more attentive. We wouldn't hurry back but might try them again after they have been open for a while. If your looking for home cooking. This isn't for you. But if portions and locations are important. Then I would say yes. They also do have handy cap parking and are wheelchair accessible. Parking lot was paved and looked like plenty of it. Although we didn't go any farther then the first few spots.. I want to wish them good luck. They could be an asset to the area."

We sat inside, which was very stark and open. It reminded me of a recreation hall, where you might go to play bingo. The burger was much too big to eat like a burger and messy for a knife and fork, which put me off. And I couldn't get the taste of seafood out of my mouth despite not ordering any. I prefer my burgers to taste like beef, but the meat was hard to find amongst all the arugula and onion tangles. The raspberry yogurt cheesecake was absolutely delicious though, which salvaged the meal for me. Our waitress suggested it and the service we received was very good. I would go back and try breakfast for sure.

It was a new building and it was updated and set up for the theme of the area (fishing boats painted). It was put together beautifully, spacious. The 3 of us were in awe. Huge meals, you'll never be hungry after you order. There was nothing bad that I could say about it. Mustard was added to the tartar sauce and I liked it, very subtle.

We had a great server! He was full of energy and attentive! Food came out fast and was amazing!!! First lobster roll of the trip and was delicious!!! Also introduced us to the Holy Whale brewery which also was awesome!!!!

Muddy Rudder Bar & Grill
The services was great and the server. We had an enjoyable eating time, server was very friendly. A young gentleman from Spain. Food was good, clams were delicious, Ceasar salad and onion rings. We would go again.
