I had Jeremy help me with my insurance claim a few years ago when a wind storm blew shingles off my roof resulting in flooding in the house, and was very happy with the work. I was surprised to see him again with a new company and had no doubt about calling him a second time. He is very honest and described in detail all the different options available. When I decided to go ahead with the scope of work agreed upon, the Gutter Guru's crew were outstanding. They were very professional and the attention to detail not only while completing the job, but the cleanup afterwards, was top notch. When Gutter Guru's came to do the job I was very impressed. They were very professionaland on time. The quality of the work was great and Adam the owner introduced himself and his team. He walked around with me and explained what was going to be done each day. They even cleaned up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend this amazing company to anyone.

My mom asked Jeremy to do some gutter work at her cottage back in Nov 2021. He told her he had completed the work so she paid him. In May 2022 she went back to the cottage to find that the work was never done. He told her sorry and that he would do it, he had thought it had been done. Now in July 2022 it is still not done and every time we call or email they don't reply. She has asked for her money back and they won't reply. They stole her money! BEWARE! They took her money and never did the work and are now ignoring her.

Beware of this fraudulent company. They poorly installed eavestrough and downspouts on my home. I paid them in full because the work LOOKED fine, but after a few days the bad craftsmanship started to show. One downspout fell off my house all on its own, and on all downspouts, the bottom horizontal piece was just press fitted with no screws, so it kept falling off.The worst was when winter came. We had ice build up on the back of the eavestrough above our door. We get icicles forming between the house and the eavestrough. When the ice melts, the water drives into the house and leaks down the wall. Jeremy has ignored all of my calls and messages to address any of these issues. He is a hustler and should be avoided at all costs.My neighbour also used him and expressed how dissatisfied she was with the quality of his work.

Very prompt at calling us..Came right away to our home and assessed our eaves/gutters and came back within an hour to fix the problem. Very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job! We would recommend Gutter Guru's to anyone! Thanks again!
