Walked into their store to talk about an upgrade to my kitchen - told if I wanted to talk about what I wanted it would cost me $150. Walked out.I wasn't there to hire you, I was there to see whether or not I wanted to hire you - in effect to interview you for the project. I did not expect to pay for that level of consultation.
