Very rude front desk staff and appointments being booked hours before doctor arrives. Sometimes you won’t even get a call back. Also, there is always something wrong with their fax machine.

Crazy female doctor, told my husband to glue a cut together with crazy glue. Otherwise the staff are lovely

Excellent doctors and great staff.

Called for a few questions but they curtly hung up before even answering my second question. Just a straight no and a hang up.

Extremely rude front desk staff - after 9 years at the clinic I have yet to encounter a friendly voice, face, smile or anything resembling pleasant conversation with any of the staff there. The staff tend to be very curt and speak harshly to patients registering, making appointments etc.I also have been placed in a treatment room to further wait only to find the room is filled with other patients files. I find this extremely unprofessional and would be surprised if this was an accepted practice at other clinics.Doctors are caring and helpful but wait times can be excessive due to booking multiple patients in similar time slots. I have witnessed the front staff booking 2 and 3 appointments in a single 15 minute time block k.

front desk staff very rude. no willingness to help. Previous doctor retired and gave no notification to me. now i have no doctor and no one will help.

The rudest and most condescending staff I gave ever dealt with in my life .... The front office staff needs a course in dealing with the public and to not be so rude
