I think this organization is rated as low as it is because there seems to be a disconnect between the customer reps, management and the assessors. About four years ago, my mother a 95 year old (almost 96) was given a walker so large that she could not really maneuver it - it was heavy and looked like it was almost twice her size. She is 4.5 feet!In addition, she was given one with a hard basket when she explicitly asked for a soft one. It took two months to get this. As a first experience with ADP, being given a walker that was twice her size, that was heavy and hard to manage was bad - trying to get answers and find out what could be done today was a trial. Had to make two phone calls- in the first one, the woman sounded like she was in a tunnel and when I asked her to repeat something the line went dead. When I called back, I got put through to a program coordinator who said I should have complained four years ago. I did not know that an assessor could be wrong so I assumed it was right until I had to deal with it for two years and finally gave it away.The ADP refuses to admit to any wrongdoing placing it on the shoulders of the assessor four years ago. I have offered photographs to prove the walker was to big and an occupational therapist who will also confirm this.To make a 99 year old woman wait another year for a walker that should have been given to her in the first place is just not right. She told me to complain to the Minister of Health. The thing about Ministers is that they come in and go out. Staff at ADP remain the same. I asked if she could supply organizations who sold used walkers and she said Oh the government doesn't give grants for that". If it's used

BE VERY AWARE :Worse payroll company every . Before you go live with them they have excellent customer service , they are very attentive and returns calls immediately . after they have you as a customer you can reach no one. We have been trying through emails and phone calls to reach our account manager at ADP for the last 4 months without success. No one calls back. We have tons of payroll issues and T4 issues. I think the ADP employees are trying to screw their company . I think they really hate their jobs and of such is doing all that they can to destroy the ADP brand. We will be canceling the service with them very soon.

In my years working in any business- non-profit, retail, IT, I have never come across an organization as poorly run as ADP. Expensive, atrocious customer service and zero follow-ups for troubleshooting. A move as simple as changing payroll periods becomes a saga of epic proportions where they take thousands extra out of your account, triple charge you for fees and don't provide refunds. Save yourself the aggravation and hours on hold (hours!) and choose a different payroll company.

Used ADP Canada's system (Workforce) at my previous workplace, which was a medium-large sized company. Their software was easy to navigate through and simple enough to extract previous pay stubs and T4s as required. No complaints.

I paid for their full-service payroll services for my small business. I was assured that I'd be assigned a payroll advisor, and even if that person was on vacation, there'd be a backup. Although I was assigned someone at the beginning, I eventually went for six weeks without such a person. When I finally cancelled my contract, I discovered that one of my employees never had their CPP and EI deducted--I didn't think I need to double-check a payroll expert's" work

As a small business owner, I utilized ADP as they seemed to be the most prominent company in terms of payroll solutions.What I didn't realize was they're incompetent, incapable and typically unable to reach. To fix anything - including their questionable software - it takes hours to reach anybody who can help you. Normally, you spend a minute talking to a human then they pass you around on hold as they're unable to find anyone to help you because, again, they're totally incompetent.I mean, I don't know what else to say. It's shocking but I suppose they do have a big market share so who cares about one small business?We're moving to a more customer focused payroll solution company and I can't be happier to have ADP in my rearview mirror.

STAY AWAY FROM ADP!!! Horrible service from ADP Canada payroll services. I wish I could rate 0 stars. Please look elsewhere for theses services! I had nothing but problems with them from initial onboarding.My onboarding 'specialist' failed to show up for our training meeting and instead sent me screen shots of how to process payroll for the first time. I was offered a promotion when I signed up but it was not applied until I inquired about it. My payroll schedule was never set up correctly so I was required to manually enter my pay periods every time. My remittance schedule to the CRA was sporadic at best. My employees vacation pay was supposed to paid out at each pay period but instead it was accrued and I was not aware until almost the end of the year. Their Workforce Now website is always failing.I finally decided to quit and use another provider and explicitly told ADP to NOT file T4s but they did them anyway so again I had to contact them. Nothing but a terrible experience from start to finish.I felt from day one that I was not important to ADP because I am a small business and therefore not providing them with enough $$ for them to do their job properly. Instead of providing me less work, it caused more.

Extremely bad customer service, I though the reviews on here were just exaggerating but no they are all right. If only there was an option to give no star. One of the specialists, Sana, was incredibly rude and inconsiderate, she should be fired.
