WATCH IT!

Don’t ever step in this store. They received my watch to change the battery in the store but they returned it 1 month later with 3 big scratches inside the watch surface. They don’t accept it and said they can’t do anything. They probably broke the crystal to make this big damage. There are similar stories in the comments. This store is a complete fraud. I’m filing a complaint and will do whatever I can to make them pay.

I recently visited Watch It and was blown away by the selection and expertise of the staff.The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the watches they sell and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were also able to provide expert advice on choosing the perfect watch to suit my style and needs.I was impressed by the exceptional customer service I received, from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. The staff was friendly, approachable, and genuinely passionate about their products.

I bought a watch from this store. The staff is really welcoming and professional. Paavni really facilitated my search for the appropriate watch that satisfied my requirements and was within my budget. I heartily endorse WATCH IT! and would surely return for an upgrade.

We came here looking to buy a men's watch. They recommended a watch to us that they claimed was unisex. We ended up buying the watch but found out later on the receipt it was a woman's watch. The worst part is we can't even return it because it's final sale.Really shameless for them to lie to their customers like that to get a sale.

I always have the best experience coming to this place! As an avid watch collector I am always on the hunt for something specific, not only do they always have what I'm looking for, they are up to speed on the watch market / understand many different watchmakers and models. The customer service is 11/10!

Shopping from this shop was an amazing experience. I got a watch for my mom and she absolutely loved it. The manager- Paavni- was such a great help as she helped me narrow down my options and select the perfect watch for my mom, thank you.

While visiting WATCH IT! I purchased two g-shock watches, and pricing was very good the customer service was awsome given we were interrupted by someone that was a flash in the pain" attitude but my sales man quickly returned his attention to us and we continued our business. Originally

Really good service by Paavni. We loved the watch collection. The store was busy but the customer service provided by her was so great. We were greeted when we walked in and She made our experience wonderful. She answered to all our questions and was so professional.

Truly the worst experience I've had with retail. I purchased an expensive watch for my fiance, right after we got engaged (July 2022). We had it resized the following week. He's an electrician, so he obviously doesn't wear it to work, so it sat in the box until our engagement party (October 2022). He was wearing it for 10 minutes and the links came apart. I brought it back to Watch It that same week and the man at the counter said the girl resized it incorrectly. He ensured me that it wouldn't happen again, promised, and gave me his word, he was so adamant. The watch sat in the box again until Christmas. The same thing happened as before, the links came apart. At this point, I was SO upset. I brought it back to Watch It and talked to the same man who ensured this wouldn't happen again. I wanted a refund this time because obviously the watch is not up to my standards (or anyone's for that matter). The man refused because of store policy" (past 14 days). He acknowledged that the watch was brand new (because my fiance literally couldn't wear it without it breaking). He called his "acting manager" because the actual manager was away for 6 months. They still refused. This watch has been nothing but a headache and I honestly didn't want it anymore. I asked for store credit or to exchange for another watch and again

The store is nice. They have a very good g-shock selection. They also have the peanuts swatch watch collection. Attendants are dismissive. I just felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, so I left without buying anything.
