This place has the worlds cutest clothes and most friendly staff! they Stephine helped me find the right pieces and made me feel confident in what I bought! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Been to this location many times and every time the customer service sucks. Never greeted when walking in, have to hunt down employees for change rooms and just feel like a bother to be in the store. Today one employee was talking on their phone on the sales floor and another was talking about an ex employees court case. Nice!

I’ve been in a couple times recently and I have nothing positive to say. The store was an absolute mess, things were all over the place. The last time I went the store smelled like wet shoes, and there were so many boxes all over the store. The boxes along with the poor floor plan makes it difficult to even walk around, I often have to squeeze through shelves to get where I want to go. The attitudes of the workers is terribly unprofessional, and as a worker in customer service I was deeply disappointed. The people I was with never got greeted, and when I was greeted the worker used an annoying/disappointed tone which made me feel like I was a massive inconvenience to them. If my coworkers acted like that, personally I wouldn’t let that slide. I can’t see the store being fixed any time soon so I will not be going in again.

The girl who I think is maybe the manager? Super unprofessional - shoes were tagged wrong and we addressed it - they wouldn't honour it and she was very rude and her facial expressions were just disgustingly arrogant.

I just had the most lovely exchange with Malika and Emily. They managed to help me find my fussy kid a few items, while being both professional, and friendly. I had such low expectations were going to the mall as retail customer service just isn’t what it used to be, but I have to say these two young ladies were great. I hope their supervisors know how lucky they are to have them.

Absolutely disappointed with the service I had today. After looking at the styles of winter boots the store did offer, the employee told me quote fyi its spring (Its Jan 26th lady) and you should shop for winter boots before the season starts".I am very aware of the time of season and was very turned off by this comment."
