Amazing day care, my daughter loved it and was excited to go there every day. She was there only temporarily, but if it would be possible for us, she would definitely stay there. Care givers are amazing and I really enjoyed detailed emails every week with description of their activities and their photos.I would definitely recommend this day care!

Our son was at the daycare over a 2 year period. The classroom staff are who keep the daycare running. All of his teachers that he had (5 or more) were fantastic and treat the children with love and respect. The reason this isn't a 5 star review is based on the management. I'm unsure how management is being hired but during the time he was enrolled there, 3 different directors were present. After every change in management things became worse than before. I'm unsure how or who is in charge of this process but all seemed very authoritative and out of touch with more modern education concepts (or education in general). I really hope there is a change to a more modern management style as I fear the good work in classroom will be trumped by management trying to control every aspect of the facility. Unfortunately it seems like they have already lost some good staff. As good as the staff were I really wouldn't recommend this daycare just based on management.

If you are a person of colour, I would stay away from this daycare. I have requested a tour through the website twice and never got a call back or an email. I even called their customer service line to report the issue and was told i would be getting call from the centre within 5 minutes. Still no call. I work in the same building as the centre and have Caucassian coworkers who have received responses within 24hours of requesting a tour. So i can't think of any reason why i get no responses other than my name. It is quite disturbing and disappointing that in this day and age something like this is happening.

My son was at this day care for a year. We had a real good experience. Clean facility to begin with. All his teachers were really good. Teachers stay for about 6 months in a class. So rotation/attrition is there but kids bother least about it. It was one of the first ones to open after lockdown. I was really happy with how they followed safety guidelines. My son and our family had a memorable time at this daycare

Main issue : their management. Too money orientated according to me, eventhough they are a non-profit".Clean facility - to start with the positive.They've had great staff over the years but treat them so badly then end up leaving. Our son was there for one year

I would not recommend this day care due to their misbehave and lack of care. The staff and the management are rude and disrespectful and they show zero thought in their actions and dealing with people. So disappointing that this still happens in the 21st century.

I have recommended this location to many friends, they put child safety, health and education as the priority. It is often hard to find a child daycare that is professional and run like a business - this is the best I have seen. They also have nanny services and date night child care :) Also incredibly convenient to get to as they are across from union station. Highly recommended!

I feel bad that I didn't read the reviews before I decided to enroll my son in this daycare. If you are a parent trying to find a safe and a truly family support daycare, not a money digger stay away in this daycare. You will be end up treated. And they keep telling you to charge a large amount of money. It says in the website none profit but it is not true. We look for a safe daycare where I could drop my son and feel comfortable and happy that my son is safe. But when his dad pick him up he has a big bruise in his nose and face and nobody tells us what happened. Until we make a complaint. And we decided to stop sending him to school because we fell his not safe anymore. Then they keep telling us to pay two months except for the downpayment of the charge before registration worth $1720, then they want me to continue the pre-authorized payment worth 405 weekly. It is not our fault to stop using their services but because of what happened to our son we can't continue anymore. Then before I give the deposit they don't tell that they will not accept full day for few days and the didn't told me that the drop off time is 8:30am. Which in there website is 8am and the policies is 7am. They told me after I give my deposit which I can back out anymore. So for a week, I have 2 get a day off and an hour late for my job. Ridiculous this school their mission is not for helping family and kids they are a money digger!!!! If you are a parent I suggest staying away in this daycare or preschool.
