I’m leaving 3 stars for the good services I had before however todays experience leave me reluctant to use the pool again. I understand it’s not staffs’ fault as they have to watch for people’s safety but I would like to address my concerns about the lack of hygiene, especially after couple people that I know who got some infection. There are many signs mentioning to shower before using the pool and yet many people still don’t respect the rules. I witness several people (men and women) this afternoon (weather is warm) jumping dry with fully clothes on to the pool. One girl had a zipped jacket on full makeup face and jeans o thought she was here to watch some kids or something , no she had to jump dry as well! I understand some people prefer not to wear a swimsuit that shows skin but they are many other type of swimsuit that covers body such as burkini, and so it is not a reason to wear clothes all day doing activities and sweating outside and then jumping to the pool dry. Same for kids aren’t fully potty train, there are specific swimsuits that holds the pee instead of polluting the pool and for men who use their personal underwear to swim instead of a specific one for the pool, we can tell the difference, please change! I don’t know how many hours/days you wear those clothes on, and what they do during the day (maybe bringing some ticks fromYour hike) this is a lack of hygiene and very disrespectful toward the swimmers who take the time to shower and change to clean clothes/swimwear before entering the pool. Same for girls/women for the majority and some men with long hair, please tie or cover your hair when you use the pool we won’t see as many hair floating and same for the people who don’t use the pool and seat and watch their love ones swimming, please switch your shoes for flip flop or something else that is not used outside, that will avoid possible warts for the barefoot people. A gentle reminder that the pool isn’t a bathtub, lake or laundry machine and hygiene is also a form of respect.

For a new facility I am surprised that the two pad arena doesn't have seating to watch the hockey games. To see people walk in with lawn chairs blew my mind.There is also a YMCA and a library at this location.Parking is at a premium.All locations that I saw are wheel chair accessible.

Really nice facility. It also has a library and a ymca fitness centre. Very clean building. Unfortunately mens washroom air dryers not working and no paper towels. Lacks some basic sanitary equipment for a large facility with high volume people. Love the outdoor benches and walking path on site.

I love the gym here and the fact that I can see the pool while I'm on a treadmill. Also, the indoor track is great. I've never been to any other YMCA, but this one caught my eyes when we moved to London. I was a goodlife member but decided to try this YMCA location instead, and I dont regret it. It's much cheaper too, especially for a family.The pool is nice and the library is good enough, it can be bigger and has more books but it's just fine as is. I've never been to any of the classes here yet, but they do have a variety of them.

Beautiful facility. Too bad the kids like to sit on the machines and play with their cell phones. I suspended my membership.

This facility is AAA. Can’t say enough good about it with all the activities available.You can spend an entire day there including the library and all the staff are exceptional!London can be proud to have this place!Don’t forget the wellness cafe! Baked goods in the morning with a coffee or tea is awesome!

Really amazing community facility! The YMCA part is a bit expensive although I’m glad they have subsidized options! I just wish that since it’s a big, beautiful, new building… it had a hot tub and/or sauna like other YMCAs.

I like it because it is clean & bright. The aquatic and Yoga instructors are good and also friendly. I like the walking track too. Have not used the workout equipment yet. But also enjoy the Library.

The Inclusion placement for summer camp and PA Days camps is a great program! All of the camp counsellors are so wonderful and really make our son feel loved and included. <3 <3 <3

I think its an awesome arena to go to. The unfortunate thing is too many kids go there, it would be amazing if they could be opened during later hours at night too so people who want to go there and work out or study in the library do not have to deal with nonsense. More facilities like these need to be in London and hopefully for adults only.
