Extremely disappointed in the service tonight. I had a mobile redemption from the app and was told they don't have scanners. Why have a poster on the window advertising the app if you can't use it. The cashier didn't even offer an apology. They just stared at us blankly until we asked what our options were, which were nothing apparently.

Worked at DQ when I was young. Have always loved it, but $32 for 4 medium blizzards seems excessive! I’m still in shock.

I don't feel right reviewing the atmosphere, we were in the drive-thru. No line-up, fast service, ice-cream of my memories, I'd say that was great. We even broke down and bought a cone for our dog. I know, dogs shouldn't get human food, we've not done this before but we said what the heck..."

Beautifully decorated cake for my daughters 7th birthday. I didn’t give much notice or direction for my daughters cake. I basically said “just put a rainbow on it”. I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely and girlie is was. Roya did an amazing job. My daughter absolutely loved it! Thanks so much!

Went to the drive-through today and when we got up to the window all the workers were just standing there, they saw us and got us to pay but then didn’t even make our ice cream. They all had straight faces and terrible costumer service. It took them a very long time to make a kids cone and a mini blizzard. I was shocked on how these workers could just stand there knowing we were waiting for our ice cream. We eventually got what we ordered but I definitely was not happy with how we were treated!

Ordered a couple of medium blizzards a 4 piece chicken fingers and a 6 piece chicken fingers. Was billed $14.68 and given two blizzards. Told them again about the two orders of fingers and she didn't know about them, but the order taker did. Charged me another $25.48 and gave me the fingers.... doing the math, that's over $40 for two orders of chicken fingers and two medium blizzards. Does this sound expensive??? Sounds ridiculous to me.
