I moved from Bank of Montreal to Trico (now Advanced Savings Credit Union) after many years of frustrating service from the big banks. The Credit Union has been a wonderful, friendly, helpful alternative. When I need help, I visit or phone the branch and they respond right away. It's that simple. There is a service culture in the Riverview branch that I have never found in another banking institution.
