Spruce Grove Hyundai

Worst experience ever!!! We purchased about eight months ago. Within a couple days realized something was not right. Took it in immediately and several times since. Unable to diagnosis a problem. Three week ago they finally diagnosed the problems (the noise is so horrific its undeniable at this point Been waiting on parts for 3 weeks now with no estimated time.. I'm driving a $30,000 death trap. No loaner no estimated time. They just don't care.

I was in route from Alaska back to the lower 48. My Tuscon was barely running and turns out the cat was clogged. Time was of the essence and the service department directed me to an indy shop that resolved the issue the next morning. The service department was very kind and accommodating, even letting me use their phone because mine did not work in Canada. I rarely leave reviews, but due to their kindness I am happy to leave 5 stars.

Brenden was great help in my search for a new vehicle! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and helped guide me In finding the perfect car. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the whole experience. He was not pushy like some sales men can be & you can feel the honesty and integrity radiate off of him! Brenden went above and beyond to help me find everything I was looking for. I highly recommend Brenden to anyone looking for a new car & Brenden will be the only salesman I will be working with from this day on!

Huge shout out to Spruce Grove Hyundai's Service Department! Nicole and Eric are fantastic to deal with! Some of the most honest and kind people to help through some very tough issues I was having with my Santa Fe. She and the team helped through the entire process. I ended up trading out of the vehicle. Cam and Jordan helped me buy my new 2023 Santa Cruz and I LOOOOOVVVVVEEEE IT! Awesome team here at Spruce Grove Hyundai! Highly Recommend!

Blake Fireman was awesome, he helps my parents and my brother to got their budget wise car. He is very helpful, answered all questions, very informative he knows alot about cars and probably would recommend him again to my family and friends for sure! I gave him 5 star 10 if i could.

I had a great experience looking for a car the other day here, Matt Wozny was my sales associate and he was super happy and excited to help. I didn’t end up buying a vehicle but I wanted to leave a review for how professional Matt was. As such a young character that man had me sold on a couple of options there at Spruce Grove Hyundai. Unfortunately I just don’t have the funds right now, I will be back in the future to visit Matt and have him find me the perfect vehicle when ready.

I was shopping for a newer used car and Blake helped me out. He was super attentive and very helpful with finding the right vehicle. His customer care was above and beyond making sure I was well taken care of during the whole process. I highly recommend asking for Blake to help you in your next vehicle purchase, as I know I will be going back in the future when it’s time to upgrade my husbands vehicle.Thank you Blake for all your help!

Was an excellent experience from beginning to end. I absolutely love my Palisade! Larissa is a great sales person personable and knowledgeable! And everyone was super happy and friendly. I will definitely shop there again.....someday lol I will have my ride for a looong time!

Matt was amazing! He guided me through the process of buying my first car and kept me constantly updated. He was very effective at communicating and was accessible at all times. He made sure my car was ready for the day of pickup by ensuring all the protection was applied, car was detailed and gas was filled. If anyone’s looking for a car I highly recommend Matt!
