The lady working at customer service is super nice and helpful. I forgot to bag an item at checkout, went back and showed my receipt then got the item back without any hassle thanks to her! Didn’t manage to catch her name, but she was on shift April 10 around 8:10pm.The only thing I dislike about this particular NoFrills is that some produce (usually berries) are still on the shelf even when they’re moldy, but with how busy this location is at times, I can see why it might be overlooked.

A downtown No Frills with decent grocery store space and some parking spaces! Parking is very hard to find on the weekend and would walk/transit instead. Also, they have the PC Express Pickup service in store. Everything seems to be well labeled, and orderly and the staff was friendly and ready to help you with getting products. Overall, the store looks and feels cleaner than other locations and the shelves are well stocked. Check-out can be pretty hectic at times due to the demand of this location, so expect some wait time.

No Frills today was great! I went in looking for frozen peas. Found a 2kg bag for $6 + taxes. Wax in and out quickly. All in all, a successful trip. Please dear reader, do not mistake my positive review of No Frills to be an endorsement of Galen Weston jr. He still stinks.

Your downtown location is so convenient for me, and I really appreciate the affordable prices you offer.Shopping at your store is always a great experience. The store is always clean and well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I also love the wide variety of products you offer, from fresh produce to pantry staples and household essentials.But what really sets you apart is your prices - you truly offer the cheapest options in the area, which is so important to me as a budget-conscious shopper. I'm able to get everything I need without breaking the bank, and for that, I'm truly grateful.In short, I would highly recommend Rocco No Frills to anyone looking for affordable groceries in downtown Toronto. Keep up the great work!

This is quite literally a 'no frills' grocery store. Staff are helpful when you need to ask for something. Checking out usually takes a while as, quite often, there are not enough cashiers and the lines are long. The only time this wasn't true was during a snowstorm. I had my pick of lines then. Overall, a good grocery store with decent prices.

They consistently sell potatoes that go bad before they sprout in bags that limit your ability to see what they look like. Loblaws does it too. The potatoes start to shrivel and darken but not sprout. I'd like to know what has been done to those potatoes. I didn't give them a 1 because some of their other products are good.

Prices are more competitive and selection is decent for downtown. Plus parking is available to shoppers. My go-to place in downtown when purchasing a cart of groceries when I don't feel like commuting uptown or hopping from store to store.International selection, I feel; is better than the other larger chains downtown. I found items here that are normally found uptown... Definate plus!I would shop here again.

The departments are always really well stocked when I go. Typically try to go in the morning before work to avoid the 5pm rush. The parking lot is pretty packed later in the day.Cashiers are all really friendly.I also like the reduced produce rack! Not all grocery stores do this, and I think it's an awesome idea!

Clean, friendly staff, well stocked for the most part and good prices. It’s a tad too busy for my preference, but that’s on me to stop visiting only on weekend afternoons. :p
