Matcha latte was very clumpy. Almost every sip I was eating clumps of matcha. They need to make sure that most of the matcha has dissolved... the pics I took is after I ate" most of my latte"

This JJbeans has earned my respect for the quality of espresso they pull. I’m still experimenting and my taste buds are still developing but the JJ Classic Caramelized espresso I had this Sunday morning is my new reference. full body and discernible tones. On the side, I had an almond croissant without chocolate. It was wholesome and never tasted like bread sheets with loads of sugar paste like in most of the coffee shops I’ve visited. I was going to praise the barista but she was peacefully having her breakfast. I’m going to come back for sure Gods willing.

Today, my friend invited me to meet at this branch of JJ Bean. This particular location is situated at the corner and has a wider space, with much more beautiful interior design compared to other branches. It is very modern, especially with those lovely hanging lights. Perhaps because it's already evening, the pastries didn't look very fresh. I ordered a cup of espresso, which was very aromatic and rich. My favorite thing about this company is that every branch provides oat milk or soy milk for you to add to your coffee at the counter. Overall, I highly recommend this place as it's a great space to meet and chat with good friends or enjoy some alone time.

I would definitely say this cozy coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers & london fog lovers! Good ambience and had a few empty seats to sip your tea. The bakery items looks delicious, I got myself the chocolate croissant 10/10 & the London Fog Tea Latte. Definitely coming back again soon ❤️

Our cashier was absolutely lovely and friendly. We walked in at 8:30am on a Friday to a big line up but it moved very quickly. We ordered an americano misto which was delicious and very strong. We also had the mocha with CHOCOLATE whipping cream which was creamy and sooo good. The chocolate banana bread was moist and yummy! The inside is sleek and modern. Bathrooms are clean. Our total for 2 coffees and a treat was $16.

Bustling location with lots of traffic. Was lucky to find a seat when I came here. Coffee is great and the service is pretty quick. Good spot to sit and work or just for a grab-n-go.

This place is so rude to dogs. They all sound like they hate dogs. Always yelling “YOU GOTTA LEAVE YOUR DOG OUTSIDE!!! EVEN IF YOU ARE JUST COMING INTO ORDER TOGO! IT'S BC LAW! GET OUT!!! in front of cafe full of people. What? BC law doesn’t say that. Discrimination and hatred towards pets. The worst.

Great new spot in Station Square! Enjoy their baked goods, particularly the Pumpkin Apple Muffin and Chive & Cheddar Scone. Have had a variety of drinks including the Pink Beet Latte, which had a nice earthy flavor. They are charging $0.25 for cup takeout, but also have a decent seating space to have your coffee inside. Service is friendly and efficient. I just wish they had a rewards program, because I'll likely be back to try more from their menu!
