K-9 Komfort Inn

Mark is an excellent trainer who allows the dog to make choices in the training process. I appreciate the slow pace allowing my dog time to think and learn in a positive environment always geared for what is best for my pup. I look forward to years of both obedience and agility training at this facility as I seek to improve and compete.

Our dog absolutely love Mark! Mark is amazing, patient, friendly and very helpful. He takes the time to explain to us dogs behaviours and to educate us. I definitely recommend this place :) boarding and training :)

We adopted our dog from here many years ago and bring him for boarding whenever we go away. The owners are very knowledgeable and caring people. Would not bring him anywhere else! Mark was very helpful with giving us tips and tricks for training our new family member. Thanks guys!

First experience with a kennel for our dog and it was horrible. Owners never asked if he had the kennel cough shot so guess what happened after he was there for two days. Had a hard time finding it as it was multiple km onto a private property with a terrible gravel driveway that couldn’t fit two cars - as we found out the hard way. We finally arrive and it smells horrible, we check in and see where our dog will be staying and there is feces all over his area. She said she didn’t have time to get to it and we did not see any other employees there. She had no problem telling us to take our dog elsewhere even though we were on our way to our destination and had no back-up options. Obviously it was more work than they could handle for many reasons. When we came to pick our dog up no one was in the office so we tried calling... honked our car horn and eventually had to knock on the windows of the owners house... very unprofessional and needless to say our dog was very happy to be leaving that place. Would never recommend to anyone who loves their pets.

I LOVE K9 Komfort Inn and so do my dogs! My beloved beagles (Siri and Psyche) are now buried in my garden but they pulled me off my feet when I bought them to stay at K9 Komfort Inn. My second set of beagles (Rosemary and Joy) have been there for a month and got through the kennel cough crisis with flying colours. They get better care there from the loving experts than from me. My dogs LOVE K9Komfort Inn and so do I. They will spend Christmas there as usual, They have stayed there since they were puppies. I have had wonderful care of my dogs from 2004 to the present! BLESS K9 Komfort Inn!!!

I was not only disappointed but quite frankly disgusted with the place. It was dirty, over crowded and disorganized. I was told one thing (own room with shoot outside, walked, playtime with others) before showing up and when my dog was being dropped off that was not the case. I will not be returning and will ensure everyone knows how bad it was.Also, don’t tell my 10 year old (to her face) I will send you pictures and updates then ignore my messages for a week. Disgusting.

Mark and staff are friendly, I have been using their kennel for the last three years I take my dogs from Toronto because of the environment

A very dirty kennel that runs with the motto it's normal for dogs to get sick at kennels" sorry guys but in 4.5 years of my dogs going to boarding facilities they have never left sick or in such a hurry.You take no responsibility for the unhygienic state of your kennel and if a dog leaves sick that's 'normal' to you

I find it sickening that a place meant to keep pets safe would introduce them to harm in any way. Then lie and claim that I'm a delinquent owner. Sickening treatment of my animals which I have no idea how to help as I've been given 0 information on how my dog was harmed in a comfortable" place. Never leave your pets here

The staff is great. We have boarded our dog and participated in obedience training for our dog at the facility and have been extremely happy with their services. I would recommend K9 Comfort to anyone.
