Mark rocks! Built a custom house for me close to Queen’s. By far the best custom home builder in Kingston. Great team of of highly qualified specialists for all trades. Always honest and reliable and very open to constructive feedback on any issues. Fair and transparent pricing and No hidden up-sells. Overdelivers on all commitments made during the contract negotiation stage. If I ever decide to build another house, I would certainly do it with Mark again. Best service in town.give them a chance you will forget everyone else. Professionalism is the key of MR MARK. FROM snowplowing to building a castle they can make it true. Good pricing. Honest fellows . Highly recommended if you are looking for a quick and reliable service.

Great company if you’d like to cause damage to private property and annoy your fellow neighbours. When doing snow plowing they will put snow onto neighbouring properties, the sidewalk or they will just push it all out into the middle of the street. When you try to email the company in regards to damages the manager does not return emails. Employees are extremely unprofessional. Would definitely not recommend.

First Capital is by far THE BEST in the business. Working with Mark is like working with an older brother you can trust everything and anything with. Super reliable, quick to respond and quality work every single time. I cannot say enough good things after having worked with them for over 2 years now.Also, special shoutout to Danzel and Jeff who work as part of the on call team. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful, and saved us from some seriously sticky situations.Great company to work with!!
