Beware! Don't go! Highly unprofessional!Our laptop had issues with the list of wifi networks appearing and disappearing without notice on the screen so my sis brought it to this shop for diagnosis. Unfortunately for her, the list of wifi networks appeared when she got to the shop. She explained the issue and was asked to leave the laptop for diagnosis. We came back to find this man claiming to have fixed the issue after updating the wifi drivers. He asked us to check for the wifi signals (was not the issue in the first place) and we were assured that the issue had been fixed. We approvingly gave him $60 in cash and returned home to find the laptop with the same issue - no list of wifi networks appearing on the screen. When we called back, the man greeted us in an accusatory tone saying that we (or, I) are smart" and that we are somehow trying to scam him. We took the laptop back to explain further in person and we were again met by the same denial and accusations that we are some how trying to defraud him. ​I would have give him the benefit of doubt that he didnt understand the issue but to repeatedly be accused of being "smart" and be told that "the issue is you.." in the context of us (me and my sis) scamming him was highly unprofessional and inappropriate. I also asked him to call the cops if he really believed that we were scammers/thieves to which the response was no.All in all

A great person working in staff, agreed to purchase my broken laptop for parts for a price of 50 dollars (reasonable regarding the condition), although it was clearly worth more, however, no other repair services buy in the downtown area

I have asked for quote on a custom build computer needed for a specific purpose.I will up date this review if/when the machine is priced, built and functional.That being said the owner is nice and accommodating.

Courteous, accommodating, quick (20-30min), knowledgeable, and priced better than the other 10 places I called first. I went in for data recovery after getting black screen, and he worked with my specific demands, even getting into passworded folders tied to my old system. No sketchy leave your pc overnight" -- everything is done with you there if you want.If you don't have access to an extra pc with the capabilities to let you do it yourself

Had my ThinkPad T420 repaired here, and it was done in less than 10 minutes. The technician was quite nice to deal with and was generous for giving me half off price for my first time. Highly Recommend.
