Horrible property managers

Not only does Centron have poor management, they refuse to take of their buildings resulting in Tenants free falling in their elevators, the servers at Fleetwood Lounge steal consumers $ 80.00 wine when customers are not looking, they openly engage in racism, and refuse to follow the law. Moreover, they ensure that they only house ESL immigrants to ensure they can take advantage of them, while applying a two tier system for building rules. They claim that there is a surveillance system for Tenants security and safety, but then refuse to allow tenants to use these systems while claiming for tenants to call Calgary Police Services for basic video footage review. Finally, they refuse to participate in Privacy (PIPA & FOIP) processes while calming they are somehow magically above the law.Stay toned to see how all of their AGLC, Service Alberta, and RTDRS decisions pan out. Speaking from experience, we are in full agreement with whoever wrote the first review on this site. Looks like the positive reviews were mostly from colleagues and some staff. If the owner's actions would match his words on this site, he'd offer to hear us out and make right what has caused great inconvenience and distress to those; who have been hurt by what is going on here. And - he would actually do whatever it takes to make things right. A person's actions must match their words in order for there to be trust.
