Good gym with good equipment and friendly staff. Can only justify the price if you're going to use their steam, sauna and pool. Biggest down side is how crowded the place is. They're signing up anyone they can knowing how small the gym is. If they're going to continue signing up this many people at least extend the hours. $70+ a month for a gym that closes at 11 is ridiculous, even fit4less is open 24hrs and you pay $25 a month for their premium membership.

Garbage services and poor customer relationships. The woman manager cut in for her poor( nice guy ) co-worker to impose her self on us . She was very impolite and looked at us in a very weird way as if she’s gonna hurt us. I paid my balance money and left the facility. Not happy at all with the policy services and customer relationship. Do not go!!

The facility has a ton to offer and seems to prove its price tag. However, I still find the pricing steep for casual fitness enthusiasts. Like most big" gyms in windsor

This gym is amazing. Modern,state of the art. My special nephew works here and loves it. Any employer who treats staff so well, no doubt treats customers even better.

Wouldn't recommend this gym. Trainers are helpful and nice ONLY in training sessions. The customer service skills are clearly lacking in both, managers and regular staff. They are all extremely rude and unhelpful in difficult situations. Another reason for my one-star review is that they rush their sign-up process. They do not explain the contract in-detail. Instead, they resort to manipulative corporate tactics, such as you get a free sweater" or "we have a 10% deal on currently" to convince you into signing up. I recommend using recreational centres - their contracts are far shorter and they are far more inclusive. The gyms are just as clean as well."

Great gym but lately it’s been over crowded. I wanted to pause my membership for the January rush but could not. I feel like I just refresh the app constantly hoping someone will cancel a class so I can get in. I feel like this system causes people to book 3 days in advance when the class becomes available just in case. I do not like guessing if I can go.

By far the cleanest gym I've ever been to! Can't say enough about Movati. They truly live up to their poster - Everybody belongs. Hours are perfect! Staff just beyond professional! I've been a member at many places over the years, Movati is my preferred place. Would, however, love a steady 6:00am Yin yoga class - just saying. And, let's not forget the members - some of the best sharing of equipment experiences. Every body belongs.
