I don’t do reviews often but really wanted to express my gratitude. Edwards handled the flowers for a memorial service at our home recently. They did an amazing job. The flowers were gorgeous and perfectly done, and the service from start to finish was kind, thoughtful and prompt. I will definitely go back.

I ordered a sympathy arrangement (white & green flowers) but the order delivered with brightly colored flowers. I called to ask what happened and was told the arrangers didn't have the right flowers for sympathy so they substituted. I was never asked if that was ok. I left a message for the owner and she never called me back. Very disappointing.

I called them on a Friday, they had a beautiful arrangement delivered on Saturday!! Maria is the best. She even picked up a box of chocolates on the way over to deliver with the flowers. Unbelievable customer service! Will be using them again :)

THE most beautiful flowers/arrangements around. We use Edwards for everyday flowers and all of our events. The designers are PHENOMENAL (always go with designer's choice - they will use something creative and original) and Ruthie is always so cheerful and helpful. I always get a call from recipients later asking where did you get those flowers?" - they never fail to impress. Thank you

Of all the days to mess up a delivery, today woud be IT! The delivery location is 2 miles from my workplace.....my fiance was told i'd receive my Valentine's bouquet by 10am....at almost 5pm I still don't have my flowers. What a HUGE disappointment. Will not be ordering from them in the future!

So, it’s my birthday, and they just called to let me know I’d be getting a delivery and to check if I’d be home. Grazie for surprise, guys! Annnd they have now arrived in a saturated cardboard box, fun!Update: I do appreciate you taking the time to read the feedback, the flowers are beautiful. I completely understand calling ahead of time if the delivery is tricky, but I do live less than 2 miles away (the flowers were chosen and sent by a friend in Phoenix, AZ) and the call was unnecessary, with the whole time thing just felt very impersonal, kinda defeating the special feeling of receiving flowers, especially from a florist chosen nearby. Grazie though.

Thank you Edwards Florist, especially Janet, who took such great care of my family with the most magnificent bouquet. It is scary and difficult to trust across the states that you'll be taken care of without knowing who you're calling or who you can trust. Janet listened to what I hoped to send and when I saw pictures of the bouquet, it was even better than I had hoped. The flower arrangement was truly magnificent. They even delivered the flowers exactly at the time I asked. I would not hesitate for one second to call Edwards for more flowers and I refer all of you to give them a try. Thank you Janet and Edwards so very much!!
