Carleton Cab

My husband and I were coming into Saint John on a cruise that was delayed due to bad weather. Amongst the hassle of trying to find a flight out of Saint John we decided to fly out of Fredericton. All we needed was a cab to get us there. We called Carleton Cab Company and requested for a cab to pick us up at 8am the following day, they said no problem. We ended up getting off the cruise boat around 7am and when we called the Carleton cab company to request for an earlier pick-up time. They picked up our phone call and said they’ll have their driver on the way. About 15 minutes later Mark arrived. He was very cordial. He got us to the airport in a timely manner. This company was so easy to deal with. Mark was great! I’m so glad we used this company. Mark was hassle free and reliable!

Just make other plans, they tell you 20 minutes and then never show, once you book GOODLUCK getting someone on the phone to update you on when your cab will actually show up..save yourself the hassle

Used this company twice and was very satisfied with the professional service and the drivers are very friendly,Would definitely would suggest them to anyone.

Never use this company. I waited 35 minutes for a cab then when I called back they told me another 20 minutes. Thery never warned me that they had an 1 hour wait time when I called them. So I had to wait an hour in the freezing cold because they are bad at their jobs

I was driving through Simms corner today. I was coming from Lancaster Ave. The cab driver with the greyish blue Toyota Corolla with the license plate H24313 went from the middle lane to the outside lane closet to the sidewalk that goes straight down Main St West, he proceeded to cut me off in the middle lane from the outside lane and kept pointing down towards the road for some apparent reason. He almost hit my car then took no responsibility. He needs to realize just because you turn your signal light on doesn’t mean you have the automatic right of way nor does it mean there’s enough room. If the guy in-front of me didn’t move he would have 100% hit me, you need to teach your drivers the rules of the road and how to drive responsibly. I will never use your service again if this is how your drivers act!

I recently had call this cab company for the very first time.. i was very dissapointed. The female cab driver drives black suv clean interior she has white hair wears sunglasses. I was at nofrills going in town as she was leaving nofrill at the flashing lights she turn left an went on to take the harbour bridge where they were doing road work extra time to wait so that she could run that meter. She could have turn right onto the falls bridge down chesley an connect onto bently. I understand they were doing road work on chesley dr but at that time they were working further down chesley drive pass HMCS. Although it had cost me almost 20 dollar fair. This female driver was ignorant looking to make that extra dollar an she kept talking to me hope that I wouldnt reconize anything. I did call the dispatcher about the ignorance of this driver. This is my experience with this company an i will never call this company again!

Absolutely garbage service. Called for a cab didn’t bother showing up. Didn’t even answer the phone when I called for an eta. Will never use this service again.

Don't even bother if you are looking for anyone to treat you like a human. My friend went downstairs and told the driver we were going to be 2 minutes. My buddy physically went downstairs and told him we would be 2 minutes. They just drive away and when you call back they tell you they don't have time for your bull$#!T
