For wheelchairs and walkers only the wheeltrans service is beyond feeling lowly because the drivers make you feel human.

my sister gets hemodialydis at Scarborough Hospital. Very often she waits 1 to 2 hours for pick up after her Hemo.. She's given lots of different excuses. Your service has to improved so you keep a good reputation. If there's a zero star you'll get it

She's been waiting out in the cold for over an hour. ...apparently she was a no show.....at church....rude employee on phone...apparently another was not being sent until I made it clear she's in her 90's ....shame on you....you do this at least every week to the one person at our church.....

Great service and people serving us! Thank you!Just little hard get you at night. Today assistant hanged up on emergency line 5 times. Still trying to reach. Stuck in coffee shop since 9 pm. Finally my scooter got energy to reach home, but after talking with staff after one man stoking and swearing at me inside the Tim Horton at Lawrence and Dufferin. They said I have to get a ride since man was too violent and he can wait outside. I called between 12 midnight till 12.33 am. Someone keeps on hanging on me at emergency line. So sad…

Good experience, just when you call them to book your trip ask them for pick up time. Cause they just ask for arrival time and they don’t provide a pick up time to you!I know!Strange and weird!

They are 30 min late almost every trip. The taxi companies they contract out to are awful (Royal, Checker, Beck).That this is Canada's biggest city's public transportation service for wheelchair users is a joke.

For those people who think it is the driver's fault for being late, you really should be speak to the staff who scheduled the pick ups/dropoffs. The drivers only do what is told & have no control over the schedules (if they are not given enough time to get across the City from their previous pick up/drop off or the schedule did not factor in traffic rush hour/accidents). If you want on time service, call a taxi or even better, a limousine. How much do you pay for door to door service with WheelTrans again???

Well this is difficult. Called for a friend had a pickup the next day for my friend and it did not show up. My friend waited outside for one hour and he had to take a Beck's Cab. He had to call his doctor to inform him that he would be late. Luckily the Doctor was nice to take him in. (Therefore he could be charged for missed appt).

Set up an appointment about a month ago to register my dad and get his assessment done to qualify for wheel trans. They set up the pick up time to get him and to drop him back and we show up at the hospital and they apparently don't have his appointment scheduled. According to the hospital staff, they do this all the time." What a joke. Do better #TTC. I'm on hold now trying to fix this mess."
