I needed to have several boxes shipped to the U.S. from a company which doesn’t normally ship outside Canada. While researching, I came across this company. At first, I was a bit dubious because the website seemed basic and some of the reviews seemed a bit too good. After looking through several forums for posts by individuals who’ve utilized their service, I decided to give it a shot. The entire process was relatively painless. I registered for an account and paid the $20 invoice sent via email through Paypal. They quickly replied to indicate everything was setup and reiterated the information on the site about their services. The company from which I ordered sent my order in 3 boxes instead of 2 despite available room. Quickly after their arrival at Canadian Address (checked via tracking info), they sent me emails containing information on the package dimensions, weight, etc. They requested some basic information to forward the package and estimate the costs. I requested for Canadian Address to repackage my boxes to reduce shipping costs. They complied and sent me an invoice for the combined costs of the two boxes. After I sent payment in the late afternoon, they shipped the package the next morning to my U.S. address. Shipping time to California took 5 days. I am very pleased with their service.

Rarely can I be bothered to leave reviews, but I thought this company deserved some feedback as I was nervous about using them (or indeed any such forwarding company) initially.I needed a very specific part for my now quite old bike - a Givi luggage rack for the Yamaha Thunderace, out of production for many years and only really available in generally poor condition using Ebay. Having scoured the internet, I was very surprised to find a shop in Canada (Canadian Motorcycles - also excellent) who had a brand new rack in stock but would only ship to Canada. I signed up with Canadian Address, paid the joining fee and ordered the part which shipped to their premises within a couple of days.I then received an email from Canadian Address with the dimensions and weight of the parcel and a link to their preferred international parcel delivery company - I opted for the cheapest/slowest option to save costs, received an invoice from Canadian Address to cover the handling charge and shipping cost, then sat back and waited - sure enough, my parcel arrived in the UK yesterday, roughly 6-7 weeks later (would have been half that time if I'd opted for air transport rather than ground).So - the process works, and works well - and is very reasonably priced. Don't hesitate.
