Very tasty food, best french fries from fast food in Canada so far. Very nice staff, possible to order online, which is great. Sometimes they forget to add smth, like extra vegetables, but it's rare thing.The inside smells a bit oily and heavy. I don't recommend dining in. It's clean, but pretty old, so if you have any options, better take out.

Went into this locationThe promotion is any size coffee for $1They do not have large cups. They charge $1.09 + tax =$1.14.It should be $1.05She rang $2.09 for a medium coffee then took off $1.00.Maybe the manager can organize things better.I know it's just a few cents but this is not the promo.When I questioned her the answer was I don't know.Also dirt and wobbly tables. Will not visit there again

Very dirty, extremely rude staff.they practical ystood over me &watched me the whole time I was there very uncomfortable feeling like I was being rushed to leave, wouldn't let me use the washroom facilities! very small portions for the extremely high prices! Very dissatisfied ¡ I Won't be back in!!Ever!! The atmosphere was amazingly over the top there were junkies sprawled out at most of the tables I had to stand! I felt they've had better treatment than I did that's for sure! Absolutely no worries about it though! I would never recommend that you eat or stop here! Waste of my money I'll never get back! Including my time! ect... ect ... What The F***!?

Understand this is a 24/7 location so it's hard to keep staff shift so the service can be slow at times, however, cleanliness has been a constant issue for this location. Food is fresh as most A&W chain locations are. If the place can be kept clean consistently and staff more attentive or friendly, would definitely add 2 more stars.

Service and food quality are very inconsistent. Sometimes the Service is great. Sometimes the service is horrible, and the Servers spend three minutes talking to each other instead of assisting the customer. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it's awful, and it's like they're afraid to put condiments on the food leaving it super dry.

I would not even want to give a single star to this place. Unfortunately I don't have the picture of the egger and cheese but I will not make that mistake again. I am sharing this because when it happened the first time, I did let it go. I understand they were busy and may forget to add something but today it was totally empty when I ordered pancakes and egger and cheese burger on bun. Instead of bun, they gave me English muffin but the worst part is with the pancakes, they did not give me syrup at all. And when I double checked if it has extra mayo in the burger the cashier who was a male just said yes and when I ate it, it was plain with just butter inside and not Mayo. This place is getting worse day by day. Especially the staff, they really need a new and kind staff who can understand a customer's need. I have to face the shame because the order of pancakes without syrup for my clients to whom I was meeting thie morning.

I went over there for the first time on this Thursday and I really appreciate the guy working over there. Great skills of customer service . Even the food was fresh and delicious.

I had an interesting experience! The girl at the till was super nice and friendly, 100% helpful. Her name is Prabhleen/Harleen. Keep it up and thank you! And then there was a guy making the order, not wearing gloves, didnt even know what cross contamination is as part of my order was beyond meat and the rest had bacon and chicken for my brother. I heard him saying in his language(which I understand) stupid stuff about me and started laughing. I was shocked. I have worked at a and w work and this is not how it works.
