My back pain has gone. I got the upper body massage and definitely will come back.All the staff is attentive, informative and friendly. I am sure the whole The Kpim Spa team is the great and for me Esme is the BEST. She knew exactly what I needed and was so happy with the results. Looking forward to getting my next session.

I absolutely love the KPIM SPA! Kelly is fantastic and very professional. I was looking for an affordable service to tighten my jawline and lift sagging skin. The SHURINK laser worked incredibly well!! I had very noticeable results after only one treatment (300 shots to face and neck) I plan to return to try out other services as well as the services are economically priced and more accessible than other places I've checked in to. Very satisfied customer!

This is the best spa for many highly qualified cosmetic techniques from Kelly and the staff. Kelly always treats for the best outcome! I love the eyelash treatment and the facility has many more specialties especially in skin care. The location is easily accessible for all and the facility is very clean and modern. The service that I have been having from Kelly is the best and she is such a talented skin/massage/cosmetic specialist!I would definitely recommend for everyone!

Love the KPIM Spa! I get my eyelashes done there on a regular basis and Kelly is always very professional and ensures I am comfortable throughout the appointment! Have recommended her for eyelashes to many friends and coworkers!

I highly reccomend KPIM spa in the NW. The ladies are very friendly and professional. my husband booked me in for a facial and I fell asleep on the table. I love their technique and their products. If you’ve never had a facial and want to experience first hand how amazing they are, KPIM is where to go!

Absolutely excellent service! Got massage from Sohee An and she was simply wonderful! She treated different issue areas with different techniques and strengths. I would totally recommend!I also got my semi permanent eye brow done by Kelly and she does an awesome job at a very reasonable price.Both service providers were very friendly and professional. Will definitely be back there for bot services again!!

The best massage I've had in a long time. Great technique and good pressure. I was in for a deep tissue treatment, but the hot towels and essential oils make it feel as if you are getting a relaxation and a therapeutic at the same time. Already booked my second for next month.
