Osmow’s Shawarma
The personnel was very unprofessional. It happened on Friday, May 26th, approximately between 9:25 p.m to 10pm. Me and my wife ordered a beef on the rocks and this cashier punch the wrong order for me and turns out it’s chicken on the rocks which I'm allergic to and can cause a serious life threatening health issue for me. She also didn't give me the receipts so i assumed it would be on the bag. When I got home, I discovered that the order was chicken on the rocks and i dont have any reciepts with me so I drove back 15 mins just to return it. When I got back, I was seeking for the manager to return the item and ask them, to replace the order and Why did you guys not give the customer receipts?" Then he said

Osmow’s Shawarma
One of the worst food and service I have ever experienced. We ordered a chicken shawarma and a falafel shawarma as take out. The spice levels were extremely spicy that we couldn't take more than 2 bites. I specifically mentioned medium spicy and no tomatoes. The wrap had tomatoes and was extremely hot. The falafel's were rock solid. Couldn't eat more than 2 bites of the wrap. Never recommend this place

Food is extremely tasty, spice levels are awesome, the spicy is pretty spicy. The meats are amazing, the white sauce is fantastic. Service was good and fast. Clean in and out.

So far, this is the worst Osmows branch we've visited because to the rude personnel. My husband and I went to get a beef on the rocks, but the staff (the younger girl) punched the wrong order, which ended out to be chicken, to which my husband is allergic. I'm very annoyed that the girl blamed me when we returned to the store and she told me that we should check our order on the screen? Is that how you treat your customers by blaming them for your mistakes? I know I said to her the correct order. I'm extremely unhappy in what happened tonight, and I probably wouldn't suggest this branch (Ajax Osmows) due of these disrespectful employees!!!!

Osmow’s Shawarma
I just had the chicken shawarma from Osmow's and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the veggies were fresh and crispy. The pita bread was soft and warm, and the garlic sauce added the perfect amount of tangy kick to the dish.The service was also excellent - the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was served quickly and with a smile.Overall, I highly recommend Osmow's for anyone craving a satisfying and delicious meal. Five stars all around!

Osmows is pretty good but it really isn’t proper shawarma at the end of the day. It feels like a whitewashed shawarma, but it sure does taste good can’t complain about that. However, I feel some other Osmowses pack a bit more of a punch like the ones in downtown.

A lot better service than other locations. Fast and good service. The only feedback is that they should serve less sauce. All the meals are doused with sauce.Wait time was approximately 15 minutes, not too impressed about that. Prices are not fair, $7+ for a small shawarma. 35 cent charge on credit card purchases less than $10, not impressed.
