Very good advices. The man knows very much of the products offered in the store.

I ordered a razor online. Although this online order suffered from an internal processing error due to system malfunctioning, the owner of this retail store promptly reimbursed the online order, and offered a 30$ discount on the item to be bought in store. The owner took lots of time to resolve this issue and was very proactive at getting the reimbursement completed in a timely manner. In order to show my gratitudes and satisfaction for the personalized service, I am giving this a 5 star.

My friend used to own one of there shops on Atwater but back then I was not in the market for any products as such because I was on a tight budget. Or Atleast i thought it would be expensive for the service you get. Oh boy was I wrong. I bought a 45$ razor and he spent a long time explaining me all of them. I saved money and got exactly what I needed with a complete course on how to use it.Don’t fear the small shops, they are supérieur and I regret not supporting them earlier.Keep up the great job!

I took our Boneco Ultrasonic humidifier for service under their VIP program and had great service! A short time later, I am sitting in a comfortably humidified room with a perfect machine! Thanks to the staff for delivering a high level of customer service... it's rare that we receive that today.

So I forgot to ask the guys name, but the guy who sharpened my blade was phenomenal! I basically brought in this knife I had ordered that had a pretty heavy recurve on it and I personally tried to go at it with a stone for a bit but 1) it was so ridiculously dull that by hand wasn't cutting it and 2) the recurve in itself is tough to sharpen altogether (edge trick sucks). Anyways, guy hands me my blade, he tells me to check it out and that thing is sticky sharp, like wicked sharp, I put it to my nail with not even an ounce of force and the top layer of my nail raised. If he can do that with the thick hunk of steel I gave him, I am confident that ANY knife you put in his hands will come back more beautiful than you imagined. HIGHLY recommended.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Multiple employees standing not servicing anyone.

I bought a hair straightener brush wasn't satisfied with the results considering paying 99$+tax went to return it within the 14 days they tell me it was a final sale and showed it written on the bill and nor was I advised when purchasing the item. Please look at your bill when purchasing or ask for more details

Those guys know coffee and coffee machines!
