5 Star experience with Stephen and Victor. They both provided amazing customer service from start to finish. They never pushy, and answered any questions and concerns.One star penalty for the smell of the lounge(strong aroma spray) , it smell like a washroom.

Ordered some camera brackets after providing 6 camera serial numbers to Edmund. They shipped me the wrong ones, and are not doing anything to make it right. They are not doing any reimbursement for THEIR error over some screws and grommets missing out of the original packaging. Give me a break LOL. I'm glad there is other suppliers out there because this company has been far from horrible sadly. I should be invoicing them for the labor used to hang the right brackets once they were sent.
