Just want to thank Kelly (boy, I hope her name was Kelly). We drove from Trenton to pick up a specific Hallmark ornament that my wife wanted (because Belleville sold them a day early and of course sold out). She held it for us in good faith not knowing us from anyone else, and sure enough it was there when we arrived! Furthermore, she included all of the 'bonus' stuff (a canvas bag and magic light cord or some such stuff) that the Belleville store simply neglected to offer at all. It's a pity we had to drive more than one hour for such excellent customer service, but ultimately it was worth it. Thanks so much!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have shopped in this store numerous times... today I had two older women follow me in the store as if I was stealing or going to steal or something. When I mentioned to them that this was happening she said she was doing her job "I will never shop in this store again. Terrible customer service. I guess a mother cant go shopping with herkids in this store!!!!!"
