Comor - Go Play Outside

We had an excellent buying and service experience with Comor Vancouver. We purchased a high-end Norco youth bike from them in July 2022, and we were very pleased with the sales staff and service. A little less than a year later, we returned to have the bike serviced for a minor repair and they were able to fix it right away. They also offer brake and gear adjustments free if you purchase your bike from them. Ash was very friendly and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Comor.

Had a great ski buying experience with store manager Griffin! Buying for a graduation gift for my son who’s relatively new to the sport. Despite the store being busy, took time to educate us, asked questions so he could suggest a ski and binding that’s right today but also where it’s worth investing more for longevity. I’m sure my son is going to love hitting the slopes! Thanks Comor…highly recommend!

Unfortunately had a bad experience trying to purchase boots. I have been skiing for 25 years and asked for my usual size 27.5 but was told I should use a 26.5 with thinner socks. Was an extremely uncomfortable fit but the staff told me I could get them moulded after if I needed. My toes turned black after 1 day of skiing. I returned to the store and had them heated and moulded for an hour and a half. They still felt uncomfortable and tight but the staff said i should ski in them again and bring them back if necessary. My toes turned even more black. My Toes are still black today from my ski day on Feb 20, over a month later. I am at a loss on these boots now as they are “used” and cannot be returned. Very disappointed in my experience with Comor.

Shout out to Ash. He was super helpful in trying to help me with my ski boot issue while doing an exchange for me. He went out of his way to try to source a component for my old outdated ski boot that Salomon doesn't make anymore and offered to have it ordered in. Excellent service all around. Addendum: Went back for binding mount on skis - once again, Ash was there and made things super smooth - helped with a binding adjustment that he really didn't have to. Seriously awesome.

Amazing service when I was picking up a new helmet today. Griffin was so knowledgeable and helpful with getting the right style and fit. I also met Aaron from Sun Peaks who was kind enough to give me a free lift ticket!! Can’t recommend them enough.

Went by here earlier today enquiring about a ski binding adjustment. Was attended to by Nathan, who was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He advised that the ski binding was already set correctly and that it didn’t need additional adjustment. He could have made an easy sale, but instead chose to be honest. It’s because of his integrity that I will be coming back to this store for future ski equipment needs. The retail industry needs more people like this young man who clearly understand the difference between making a quick sale versus building a loyal customer base. Well done Nathan and team!

After trying few ski shops to find comfortable ski boots, I tried this shop and succeeded. Right away was greeted by staff that measured me up, and tried few boots and had it heat moulded for the perfect comfortable fit…finally. Thanks to Ash and Dallas for their help that made sure it was good fit before even paying for the pair.Plus the shop has fit warranty so can’t go wrong. Highly recommend this shop!

Great service from this team! On our way back from Whistler and they were super helpful with a ski binding selection for my wife’s new skis and super quick installation. Friendly and professional service from 3 separate staff members that day! Threw them a tip for some post work beers too! Thx again for your help.
