Jodi is amazing. I highly recommend her as a business coach for those looking to level up their career as an entrepreneur, whatever that means for you. I've been working with Jodi for over a year and the changes I've seen have been astonishing. I went from working full time with a side hustle, to going full time as an entrepreneur and now I'm a pioneer franchisee. Be prepared for growing pains in your career because when you put in the work Jodi will make sure you get things done.

I had an assessment with Jodi over the phone. She was very helpful with just an initial call! We discussed options for incorporation, tips for getting ahead of finances and she laid out a few different flexible plan options for me and my business. Jodi was professional and friendly and I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a tune-up of their business.

Jodi ran the Small Business grant program I was fortunate to be part of at Hamilton City Hall, and I thoroughly enjoyed her personality and teaching style. So signing up to work with her through Work Smart was an obvious choice for me. Jodi is honest and direct, yet kind and fun to talk to, she will not waste your time with fake platitudes. I HIGHLY recommend her programs if you want to take your small business to the next level.

I entered this program with Jodi for a 6 month period and I am so pleased with the progress I have made with my business.
