I've been a client of Equiton for several years and they have always been great to deal with. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to invest in real estate. They're smart professionals and have always been very responsive.

December 30, 2022Equaton LivingI have been a tenant at 208 – 19 Lynnwood Drive, Brantford ON, for seven years. I have seen three different property owners, and now four building superintendents. I have seen the building so run down it looked like a slum. Now we have Rhonda and John as the current building superintendents. I want to take this opportunity to recognize the excellent work and service of Rhonda and John who always keep the building clean, and organized including the grounds and parking area. When repairs are needed in our unit and a work order has been submitted, John is always there the same day or the next day to see if he could do the repair and if not a work order is submitted to management. When we see Rhonda and John around the building, they always have a kind word and show concern that all is okay. Equiton is fortunate to have Rhonda and John as their building superintendents. I consider myself fortunate to have two people such as Rhonda and John looking after my home and needs.RegardsPatrick

Couple that with an outstanding portfolio manager that is at a level that most firms do not have, make for a well balanced and robust portfolio. I asked for my funds to be withdrawn. I was told on the 15 of September I would have my funds. Now it is passed the15, and no funds in my hand.The funds should have been sent to my prior to the 15 of September.I am glad to be cutting my ties from this company for several reasons. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I have resided for 5 years at my location. Equiton is a supportive and great property company. I have had the pleasure of having Pat and Adam as my property managers and Rob as our Maintenance/on call person. They work tirelessly to keep our place and the other buildings in our area looking amazing, safe, clean and well maintained. Any issues are taken seriously and dealt with professionally and promptly. On their own time, cost and effort they planted and have maintained our gardens and organized events for tenants which I appreciate. They add personal touches to the building which is so appreciated.They are fantastic and friendly neighbours and always have a smile or greeting for everyone. My family and I feel very lucky to live here.
