CIK become mean and unreasonable, once you decide to stop using their service. Never use their services in the first place!Their customer service accused us of not returning all equipment (claiming a TV box is missing) and asked us to pay over $50 for that!We were uncomfortable with the mail return to begin with, sensing some troubles in the making, given their unorganized way of doing business. But anyway, we did what they told us to do, with extra care making sure we returned everything with a note in a carefully packed box.Then the above-mentioned nightmare happened. We tried to explain how we packed the accused-missing equipment, where in the box they can find it, and suggested the rep to check with their return centre. The rep didn’t even bother to take any other action, but keep accusing us that it’s our fault in our phone call!We told the rep that it doesn’t make sense for us to keep their useless TV box with no resell value, if we don’t have subscription to their service. He just rudely replied “I don’t understand why you want to keep it either!” Seriously?!We refused to pay those unfair charges, and then he just threatened us that he would send the bill to collections and take further legal actions. His tone was like it was the last warning, and he was giving us the last chance to savage our lives.We had been a CIK customer for years, putting up with their mediocre services. Now we really regretted using their services in the first place.

I've been with Cik for years now. My contract was coming to an end so I called to negociate a new plan. I spoke with Youssef at the French customer service. He was patient, very courteous, professionnal and extremely helpful. He persevered on my behalf and I finally got what I was asking for. I want to emphasize this because excellent customer service is rare nowadays, so it's worth mentioning. As a user for 8+ years, I have inconsistent horrid internet, the download/upload speed is around 15mb on a GOOD day, and can go down to below 1mb (all with ethernet btw). My ping on every single service and game is above 100ms no matter what. countless complaint calls with no change. would give a 0 if i could.

the worst internet service I have ever experienced. I have an appointment with them Never came, he transfers each time to give me an answer, I spent more than a week without internet because of them, the customers don't matter to them. I regret having taken the service from them.

A year and a half with CIK Telecom. It was tricky to set up in the building I stayed at, it took a month but finally got it working. Contacting customer service is just as slow as any other provider. I did enjoy not having to keep calling every year to fight for a better deal, since the service is already affordable and there aren't any price spikes during the service. The bill is a little confusing to read at first, since the much higher regular price" is written on it every time

If I could give zero star I would. Avoid them as they laugh at you when you call them.The first few month, speed and connection we're fine and I started having extreme slow speed afterwards. When I called them and asked them about it, they denied the throttle and then said that I had to upgrade to a faster plan beause my data consumption was to high on my UNLIMITED plan. I asked them. if it's a joke and they we're serious. I should have read the reviews on the internet before wasting all my time and making business with them....lesson learned, I'm now with a different ISP.Oh , one last thing, when returning the modem they loaned me, i had to pay shipping...one of the only ISP that does not pay returns shipping. This is sad...
