As stated on their door, they do serve to “massage therapists”.. However when I went inside to inquire about having to bring in proof one of the women behind the counter stated that they don’t usually do so. Not sure if they meant unregistered massage therapists or RMT’s. In addition to my experience, I found her to be pretty rude.

Looking your best never goes out of style. Hairdressers know where to shop to get excellent supplies. That's why I go to CosmoProf. I get the goods and the advice I need to stay a success. Cheers!

I went in to tone my hair back to an ash blonde level 6 or 7 now I'm a level 4 red brown because a lady gave me totally wrong products to use. I wanted to get a level 8 or 9 ash or neutral as my hair is platinum blonde and such a contour up. Thanks.... now I cant do anything until I strip this all out and start over and have damaged hair. Which is what I was trying to avoid. And now will cost me way more money. Never again will I take your advice.

Poor service and rude manager, been here multiple times, shopped here a lot and always try to kill with kindness treating each time as a new experience. Today was the last straw. An item was back ordered on a day that was a 10% off day and so they gave me a rain check. When I came in to pick it up she stated that she had said “24 hour hold” in the voicemail but she absolutely did not say that and would not honour the discount. Not only that when I returned a flat iron that did not work (purchased specifically on the 10% day), full packaging and receipt within 7 days, and purchased a different brand to replace it with, they refused to honour the discount as well.Not giving them my business any more out of principal.

I've gone here a dozen times. Never have I received good service. I've never been greated at the door nor been offered help without having to find someone who works there fist. There is no bike rack outside and they did not offer me a safe place to put my bike rather demanded I leave it outside.

I’ve come a few times on a Sunday, as it’s the only day I can make it. The website and door sign say Sunday hours are 12-4.Every time I aim for 12:30 or 1 and the store never open.

Dee, the lady working was absolutely awesome . She had patience with us and was super respectful. Their product was full and completely replaced . They were doing a plano so got some good deals on product ! .. remember folks, you need a license to shop . Which will give u a membership...

I was a little sad that the shelves all seemed very empty all I needed was a colour Bowl and a metal pick comb and you won't find the basic items here because the shelves are bare.I won't hold it against them personally as I've seen this around town and all the beauty supply stores it seems like because of covid shipments are not coming I really don't know who's at fault but I started ordering all my supplies direct from distributor or direct from China because I don't have the ability to wait around for them to restock.

Apparently you can only go here if you have a license... Wasn't even aloud to look to stay out of the cold... The 3 works were just gossiping and no one else was in the store.
